Cozy sunny apartment at the foot of the stony sea. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. The ski bus stop is close to the house, in just 2 minutes by car to the Hochkönig Arena, an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and bicycle tours. The Kaseregg Chapel is a proven power place and is located nearby. The outdoor swimming pool and the tennis courts are within a 5-minute walk. Spring water from the own mountain spring. The Gasthaus Waldhaus is only a few minutes' walk away. Free Wi-Fi and non-smoking house.

Nice cozy apartment for 2-5 persons. The apartment is located very centrally in the ski area. Look forward to a large apartment with sunny balcony and mountain views. The cross-country ski run starts directly at the property and the illuminated toboggan run can be reached in 5 minutes. The ski bus is only 50 meters away. In the summer ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and mountain biking, a nice forest path leads to the swimming pool. There is cable TV with LCD TV and Internetanschluss.Brötchenservice on request.

Pure gem in lovely Maria Alm!

Wonderful apartment with views towards the mountains. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the beauty. Apartment is clean, pretty and had what we needed. Best thing about it was the location, almost out of the village but a mile's walk in or so. Very near the outdoor pool. Felt tranquil and away from bustle but bear enough to have all the benefits of a great place. Loved the free lift passes! Some ace cafes, shops and places to eat. Tom's up the mountain and Herzogin in town - both the amazing food including veggie options a d stunning location. Overall great base for families. Gerti was lovely and very welcoming.
