Living room with huge ocean view windows with remote controlled shades, separate dining room, highly upgraded kitchen with a separate kitchen nook area, a separate upgraded bar room, 6 large smart framed TV’s, two fireplaces, spacious laundry room and plenty of storage cabinetry, decorative shutters throughout.
This amazing home is situated within walking distance from all day and night main attractions in Newport Beach. It sleeps 11 comfortably. It’s ideal for a discerning executive seeking a corporate getaway or up to 3 families. 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds. The 4th bedroom has 4 twin beds and a daybed is located downstairs in the bar area. Rental Policies:

Wonderful home and location right in the action!

This is a tremendous spot and beautiful home. It is right in the action of the boardwalk and walking distance from anything you need. The home is well appointed and modern. The bathrooms are extremely small and some of the furniture is not comfortable. However, the beds and linens and very nice. If you want to wake up and see the surfers and watch the sunset at night this is a perfect spot!!
