Alex, the villa caretaker, was the best part of this stay. He made us feel so welcome, made amazing food, and even helped us change our flat tire the day we arrived!

The villa and pool are immaculately maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and provide both easy access and privacy. The onsite hosts provide cleaning, laundry, breakfast and dinner. They are available but not intrusive. Samara and it's beaches are welcoming for tourists but still maintain a local vibe. We used the Liberia airport and an Alamo rental car, both seamless experiences. We're already looking to return next year.

The kitchen was well equipped; could us an electric kettle ( might be a Canadian thing. Hosts were readily available but not intrusive. Great cooking. Pool is a major asset, especially with children. 20-30 species of birds circulate through each morning.

We traveled as a multi-generational family, and this beautiful home was the perfect place to gather and make special memories together. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the thoughtful layout that gave everyone space while keeping us connected.Every excursion was so much fun and the concierge, Christopher, was phenomenal to work with, helping us plan everything with ease! Alex and Jenny were truly a gift. They were always ready to help and prepared delicious meals that our whole family enjoyed. We are so grateful for their hospitality and left with full hearts and wonderful memories.

We had an amazing trip. It felt like a once in a lifetime vacation. The villa was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Everything was very clean and Alex and Jenny were great! We took advantage of meals being prepared every day and it was so nice to sit around the table with the beautiful backdrop and wonderful food. All of us, ages 5 to 75 enjoyed the pool daily.

Fantastic Stay

As other reviewers have noted, this property is gorgeous, but what pales in comparison to even the view and infinity pool is alex and jenny, their kindness, yummy cooking, and help makes the property 10/5 stars!

Amazing house with great staff and perfect location

This place is amazing. I highly recommend. The location is great with tons of activities to do around it. Beaches are stunning and the view from the house is unprecedented.The staff at the house were extremely hepful and cooked some amazing food.

Family get away

Love Villa Amore!

We recently stayed at Villa Amore as a family of 11. The home was WONDERFUL with amazing views of the ocean, a magnificent pool and fantastic accommodations. Alex and Jenny made wonderful meals night and morning. We never had a bad meal made by them. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!

A magical stay

We had the most amazing stay here. This was our trip remembering our mom in her favorite place. Alex and Jennifer were incredible, everything was just magical and we couldn’t have asked for a better anything. It was gorgeous and perfect in every way.

Great House with Amazing Staff

Little Paradise

Vacation

Our experience was superior to all other of our VRBO stays. The hosts, Alex and Jenny, were especially helpful. Every meal they made for us was better than any meal we could get in the restaurants. We will try to stay here every time we come back to Costa Rica.

Excellent location

Everything about the house was amazing. The pool and outdoor living areas were just what we needed on a winter vacation with the views out to the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets every night. But the most amazing thing about the house is Alex and Jenny who made this a place we decided to continue to visit. They made the most delicious meals every day and worked to create the most relaxing trip ever.

Family Trip for Mom’s 70th

My wife, parents and adult sisters stayed at Villa Amore for a week to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. Everything about the week was great. There is not much more to be said that has not been said in previous reviews . The food is incredible. I hope to book again with some friends.

Definitely would come back

This house was amazing! Pool was wonderful, everything was very clean. Property is a short drive to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Bathrooms could have been bigger would be my only complaint but it really wasn’t that big of a deal for us. Jenny and Alex were very helpful!

Ky friends and family

Wow! We had such a time. The home is beautiful, well kept and run by the best staff. The surroundings allow you to see wildlife in the trees, whales in the ocean, and birds in the sky. Every meal was exceptional and the concierge service set up our airport shuttles, rental cars and the best excursions. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return one day

Our stay at Villa Amore was fabulous! The house was beautiful, the pool spectacular, and the view of the ocean divine. Laura was so easy to work with and answered all of my many questions in a very timely manner. The house was stocked with all the essentials that saved us when packing for our trip - soap, shampoo, lotion, beach towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable making for a great nights sleep after spending the day exploring. Alix and Jenny were great! They prepared delicious meals that we enjoyed on the outdoor patio dining area, with an ocean view, every day. The concierge service with Christopher and Brenda was so helpful. We could have never planned all the fun activities on our own. They were extra accommodating to us, as we have many changes to our itinerary along the way.I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone traveling to Costa Rica. You won't be disappointed!
