The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Check out time is 11:00am. If you would like to request a late check out please text 435.599.2533 for availability. 2. Make sure all the windows are locked and leave the window blinds closed.
3. Make sure the doors are all locked, the extra keys are left on the key rack. 4. If you used the barbecue make sure the valve on the propane tank is turned to the off and the grill is clean.
5. Collect all your garbage and leave it in bags inside by the front door. If you have more than one bag please take your trash to the Duck Creek Village trash bins near the ace hardware
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Send a picture of any damage or issues on the day you arrive. No smoking in the cabin or on the deck. Signs of smoking will forfeit security deposit.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the cabin. Please do not block or tamper with them. They are for your protection as well as the cabins.
No wood burning fires on the premises except in designated areas.

Fantastic cabin!

Very private, clean, and beautiful. It has a lovely wrap around deck nestled in the pine trees and quaking aspens. Everything worked, had all the appliances we needed, it has a great floor plan and had enough room for all 10 of us to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Family getaway

Everything about this property was great! The host allowed us to arrive early and assured everthing was ready for us. The cabin is great and all the beds are comfy. We all brought side by sides on trailers and were able to park them on the property. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again! Thanks for an amazing place to stay!
