Great location!

This house was perfect for our summer getaway. It had everything we needed and was walking distance to the pier, shopping, and restaurants. Drew had great communication to make sure we were settled and comfortable. The house was clean and the rooftop patio was great for dining and enjoying our evenings.

Beach House

Being that close to the beach was awesome. It really made the stay a lot more enjoyable as well as convenient. Being able to go take walks in the sand at any time of the day was perfect. As a Dad that ends up hauling chairs, boogie boards, towels as well as armloads of beach stuff being so close made the stay way more pleasurable. The outside deck where you can see and hear the waves was our favorite spots to sit and enjoy our time there. Owner was very responsive and we are hoping to stay there again.

This review is malicious and completely unexpected. It is the first time we've experienced such a disrespectful and insulting review. In all of our other platforms where the home is listed the rating is 5.0. I pour my heart and soul into providing the best possible experience for our guest. It is disappointing when the good action and intentions are not reciprocated. I will continue doing my very best to share our beautiful home and location with respectful and grateful people. Nothing makes me happier to see people's smiles after their experience with us. Matt's reaction is malicious and a huge surprise given that #1 I accommodated early arrival for him and his family from out of town. #2 I personally checked in with him during the stay and we had a pleasant in person conversation where he told me he was satisfied with his stay and experience. Overall, we will continue doing our very best to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Amazing location

The location of the property is amazing and deserving of 5 star review. Beach is less than a minutes walk, and dinning options and pier are a short 5 min walk down the board walk. Grocery store was a convenient block walk and allowed us to leave the car parked all weekend. Drew was very responsive and easy to work with. He looked for every opportunity to make our stay enjoyable. Amenities and cleanliness left a little to be desired considering price of booking and cleaning fees.

Erik, I apologize. We do our best to have clean house upon arrival before each guest. We did not know your concern until this review. We do our best cleaning so close to the beach. The cleaning crew is close to our location and could take care of any problem. in the future We will strive to do better and look forward to making further adjustments. We will be adding more TV'S, newer furniture as shown in some rooms and upgrades. Stay posted for the jacuzzi coming soon and further upgrades. All the best!
