Located 10 houses back from the sand and boardwalk, this upper 3 bedroom/2 bath unit of our vacation rental duplex is within reach of the best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder. Spacious, clean, and bright throughout, this accommodation is a family favorite. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING/DINING AREA:

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

PARKING:
1 space provided in shared double garage, accommodates small to mid-size vehicles. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).

LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facilities are located in garage. Guests must provide all laundry supplies.

ALSO:
The lower 3 bedroom/2 bath unit can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family groups on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.

LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

PETS:
Dogs are considered. # of pets, size and breed restrictions apply. Approval by Manager is required, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

This place is awesome
This place is awesome. It is close to shops and restaurants and pavilions for groceries. It's beautiful to go for a walk along the beach during the sunset and walking to the pier. Plenty of street parking available in addition to the garage parking space. This is place is a gem. Will be visiting more often!

Perfect location
Location was great. 1 block off the beach and a short 10 min walk to Lido Marina Village. The place itself is very basic, but it’s clean and functional.

We had a lovey stay! The location was absolutely perfect- just steps from the beach. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and separate space for remote workers too. The kitchen was well stocked but we were also conveniently located to many restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot near the beach!
We had a lovely family Thanksgiving in Newport Beach. Walking distance to everything: beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store. We enjoyed many beautiful ocean sunsets! Being able to park in the garage and use the shared washer/dryer was nice. Our only suggestions would be to upgrade the mattresses and install light- blocking shades in the bedrooms.

Close to beach
Had a great time with my family for the week. The home was clean, well equipped and great communication with the management. My only complaints were that the beach chairs provided did not work. We tried so many different ones and they all would fall back. The bed frame in the master bedroom needs to be tightened. Anytime you moved the whole bed would shake and make noises.
