Cozy and convenient

Excellent location to downtown and beach. Beautiful neighborhood with a lot of activity. Our draw back on the stay was because of our very vocal dog. Biscuit barked at everything, which was very annoying to us and I'm sure the neighbors as well. All in all a great retreat and our host was awesome as well.

Cute, Cozy and Quite

Such a cute place to stay and enjoy St. Augustine. Easy access to all the great things to do and the wonderful restaurants. Seth was such an awesome host! We had a great time.

Perfect rental-great host

The home was everything we expected and more! Neighborhood was quiet, safe and neighbors very friendly and it was convenient to downtown restaurants and attractions as well as Vilano Beach. Home was very clean and nicely decorated. Host paid attention to details making us feel welcomed. Multiple places to relax from the breeze way to the outdoor hammock and swing. Once we checked in we had no needs or issues but the host let us know he was available if anything came up. All this and we were able to have our dog with us. We would not only return but would recommend it,
