Our bedrooms are small, but mighty. They each have reading lights, convenient places to charge your devices, blackout curtains, closets with space for one piece of luggage, and hanging shelves to tuck clothes away.
There is a Blink doorbell camera at the entrance. No cameras are in the interior space.
No parties. This is our family home.

We spent the winter of 2022 updating our property with our own hands (with help from family & friends).
When we're in NH (and we're not working on the house), you can find us hiking, skiing, grabbing coffee and croissants, or enjoying a cocktail on our deck.

Why they chose this property
We chose the "Birchview Estates" area because it's quiet and woodsy, but easily accessible to all the amazing amenities our area has to offer, like Storyland, hiking, and skiing. It's also only minutes away from all the conveniences you need on vacation, like a grocery store, a place to get beer and wine, gas, and even a hospital.
What makes this property unique
Our property feels like home. We designed it for comfort, first and foremost, and it's clean, has lots toys and games for the kiddos and adults, and has all the amenities you need to cook meals if you like to do that while you're away.
