This one-bedroom condo is ideally located in the heart of Palm Springs that’s bringing you ease and convenience to your next desert escape. It features a private patio where you can have morning breakfast with stunning views of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains. After exploring our amazing city you will return to a tranquil relaxing environment and enjoy the stunning sunset. The gated community has a lot to offer; access to two resort-style swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and a putting green.
The bedroom has its own private patio with a bistro table and two chairs, a perfect spot to sip your coffee on a cool desert morning. Sleep your evenings away on the luxury king-size mattress, or enjoy your favorite Netflix show while lying in bed.
The open-concept living area features bamboo wood floors, clean-lined décor, and all-new American mid-century modern furniture. The living room couch can convert into an additional comfortable queen-size bed that sleeps 2 adults, or 2 children comfortably.
Enjoy cooking fabulous in the fully equipped galley kitchen. The mid-century style round table with four dining chairs will be an excellent setting for those amazing meals you cook, or the local take-outs.
Plan your excursions while sitting at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Or relax by having a cocktail from the brass bar cart.
Did we mention the gated complex in prime central Palm Springs? From the modern, mid-century furnishings to the BBQ grill and walk-n closet. This relaxing oasis awaits you!

THINGS TO DO
The gated Casa Verde condo complex is located in the center of Palm Springs, less than a mile from downtown, and offers so much. Downtown Palm Springs has movie theatres, fine dining, shopping, live theatre, boutiques, salons, casinos, and other nightlife and sources of entertainment. All of this you can easily walk or bike ride. Also there are countless world-class golf courses in the immediate area that awaits you. Village Fest happens each Thursday evening just two blocks away. Take a fantastic day trip to Joshua Tree, Idyllwild, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. If hiking is your thing, there a many fabulous trails locally.
Once you return to Casa Verde you can take a dip in the community’s sparking swimming pool and spa that is a few steps from your private patio.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the bed and leave it unmade. Make sure all linen and towels are cleaned.
Please make sure the propane tank is turned off and the grill is cleaned.
An email will be sent a week prior to departure with a reminder.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The guest is only responsible for utilities (electricity) if the monthly cost is more than $150, there is no utility deposit.
If the BBQ grill is left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be required.
A $25 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys.

Excellent winter stay

The unit is compact but very well-equipped and had everything we needed for our 10-week stay. A nice patio area outside and a pool/hot tub just outside the door, as well as tennis courts. And its location is excellent, very close to downtown.

Great Condo

We stayed in this Condo for a month. It was fully equipped,clean,steps from the pool and pet friendly. Five minute drive from the airport, ten minute walk to downtown. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Lyle Jill & Ozzie Calgary.

THOUGHTFUL HOST / LOVELY STAY

Matthew is a wonderful host. He thought of everything a guest might need. The kitchen is equipped better than ours at home. I love that he labeled all the light switches so we wouldn’t get confused. Lots of green areas for our doggie. Comfortable pool and hot tub constant temperatures: 104 for the hot tub and 84 for the pool.

Very good accommodation. Good location; easy walking distance to downtown. Well equipped. Patio useful with good BBQ. Owner Matthew and his hands on manager Mitch were both very good. Great communication and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The remote to the main gate was not working properly. One phone call and a new replacement was ordered and arrived a couple of days later. Great response! Very good cable, streaming services, & WiFi with two large screen smart TV’s with a lot of streaming apps loaded. Highly recommended accommodation in beautiful Palm Springs! Don & Wendey

Lovely Palm Springs Escape

We loved this spot!!!! I am a travel nurse and my boyfriend and our dog relocated for my work. This listing was perfect for us. Close to pretty much everything. Down town is 5 minutes away. The pool is steps outside the apartment. Tennis court is steps from the pool and the cute patio was perfect for breakfast and enjoying the sun. Matt the owner was so responsive if we needed anything and was accommodating to our dog. I loved how clean and new everything was. We really lucked out with this listing and would 100% come again.
