Professional, elegant interior design, incredible natural light throughout the home, along with a fun outdoor space w/ large patio, charcoal grill, gas fire pit, spacious and fully-fenced yard, Adirondack chairs, string lights, hammock, and lovely shade trees to enjoy the coastal breeze.

Enjoy a quick WALK to all concerts @ the St. Aug. Amphitheater! And you're also literally 4-5 minutes away from our famous Historic District.

Within one (1) mile you'll find food, drinks, stores, shopping, and plenty of entertainment. AND... you're 4 minutes away from the beach! It really is the perfect St. Augustine location.

Our home includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with plates, utensils, and cookware. Enjoy cooking a great meal with family and friends in a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space. (Or grill out and enjoy the backyard space!)

All beds come with clean sheets, and all bathrooms have fresh towels. Complimentary luxury organic lotion, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.

Second Stay, many to come...

We stayed at this location once before, and it is exactly as advertised. We like to go to concerts at the St. Auggie Amphitheater and we can walk from the house. Saves on parking and works great. Close to everything. And, Carolina is accessible and prides herself on quick communication. We will 100% stay here again.

Perfect!

We booked booked based on location specifically for a weekend concert at the amphitheater. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the venue, perfect spot. The house was clean, comfortable & nicely renovated. We’ll 100% rent this home again.

Excellent all around!

We had such a great stay at this location. Went for a concert, but was close to everything we needed. House was clean, affordable, and had every comfort of home. We will definitely look for this stay again. 5 stars

Great location for amphitheater

Great location if you are coming to a concert at the amphitheater. It took us 11 minutes to walk to concert venue. Property is small but has everything you need
