About this property

As you drive into Shipyard resort get ready to relax ! This Updated spacious townhome located at Shipmaster villas has it all. The beach, the pool, tennis and golf. This spacious two story townhouse, with well appointed top to bottom updates throughout offers two bedrooms.the master has a King bed with full private bath. Private patio off master as well . Second bedroom is a set of twin with private full bath as well. We have added a third area with a tv room and extra twin bed great for the kids.
Well equipped kitchen opens to a large inviting living room area
Full dinning area for six. Plenty of seating around the flat screen TV for all to enjoy.
This end unit has an outside patio with fantastic golf view, gas grill and patio seating. Sit down relax enjoy a cocktail or your favorite beverage. Take in a golf course view of the Galleon course hole #8 along with our “low country ‘ trees , wildlife , Spanish moss hanging among our trees and smell of nature.

The beach access is a private area only for shipyard guests. There is parking for one car with your car pass. Showers along with restrooms for your use Lifeguards are on site during season. Many guests bike to the beach as Hilton Head Island is known for its many miles of bike paths. This is 0.5 miles to the beach by bike or a 10 min walk out your front door.
Shipyard is centrally located on the south end of the island close to great shopping restaurants and many main attractions.

There are 4 new smart tvs in the villa. Free high speed internet If you need to work while you are here
Front door area is enclosed with another patio to store bikes and beach accessories
Plenty of parking
Pool area is for the shipmaster owners and guests with plenty of chairs. Tennis courts also conveniently located for your use

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Shipyard again this year. This property is close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Super convenient!!! It is a bit run down and there are stains on the tables and carpets and the master bathtub is chipping and looks terrible. However, despite the look of the condo, our stay was amazing due to Theresa! She was absolutely wonderful to work with!

This is a great townhouse! A short walk to the beach (private access), cozy, and comfortable! Teresa was attentive to our questions, and we had a wonderful stay.
