Beautiful Villa Shipyard Plantation Hilton Head Island

This is a Timeshare property, available ONLY for the week beginning Saturday March 28,2026 with check out Saturday April 4, 2026. Please do not send requests for other dates.

The unit is a free standing private residence located in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC. The house is fully furnished and tastefully appointed. It will accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It includes a large living room, dining room, a full eat-in kitchen, and a utility room with full sized washer and dryer. The unit has 2 baths, 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, & two Twins.), with a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large screened in porch with lagoon view. High speed internet is provided. There is a private pool for the Kingston Cove units. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away within the Shipyard Plantation. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything in it that we needed during the week. It is centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. It's about just over mile walk to the beach down oak tree covered bike/walking ng paths. We will definitely be back.
