We are conveniently located in the heart of the resort community and just minutes away from the many sites and activities that are best known throughout Canaan Valley.
Explore or experience any of the neighboring two downhill ski resorts; cross country ski areas; beautiful state parks; fantastic restaurants; and local Novelty/Antique and Craft shops.

3rd. Times staying at this property I always enjoy it. Microwave wasn’t working told the office it was replaced new the next morning. Upgraded bathroom in our unit big deep whirlpool with a rain shower head.

The condo was SPARSE at best.. The mattresses were years over due for replacement. I slept most of the night in the recliner due to this. The decor (what very very little there was) was so 1970's. There was NOTHING inviting about this condo and I would never recommend it to anyone other than a bunch of college frat boys...

The inside of the condo was nice. The inside pool was in great shape. Outside pool needs some upkeep. The condo porch was in bad shape and the outside furniture was filthy. There was very poor internet, even after I paid the extra fee for it.The resort is in bad shape. Putt putt golf is in shambles, tennis court is as well. Game room need some work too.Land of Canaan is a “resort” that has not been well taken care of. I would not stay there again.

We got so lucky finding availability here! Everything was amazing. We loved the location, which was only a few minutes down the road from Timberline and Canaan, and the gas fireplace in our unit. This was especially enjoyable after we visited the hot tub and made a mad dash back in the snow ! We were big fans of the game room too. Highly recommend this place!

Great location between the ski resorts. Pool and hot tub were great. Good layout for a ski trip with a room for your gear right as you come in the door and a first floor full bath.

Girls trip!

A group of six girl friends went on a trip here in may of 2025. It was a very relaxing weekend trip! We all very much enjoyed ourselves, and will be back again! Hopefully this will become an annual thing. Definitely would recommend!!!

Being able to get a full condo for the same price as a single hotel room was fantastic. It is centrally located to many area attractions for the summer and right in the middle of ski country for the winter. The two pools, playground and mini golf course were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to Skiing

The property was warm and close to skiing and outdoor fun. The area surrounding the property is beautiful. We had pretty much all we needed for cooking meals while we were there.

This is a great place to stay. Close to so many things to do. Walking distance to horse stables and restaurant. Very Clean, Spacious and affordable. Office staff is very friendly.
