We had an excellent stay. The house was very comfortable for our family, we had everything we needed. I appreciated the toiletries, soap, laundry and dishwasher pods and paper towel starters provided so that we didn’t have to immediately go to the store. The location was great between Pensacola and gulf shores. The beach club and beach access were convenient. The shuttle to the beach was a nice perk.

The pool and the other amenities were amazing! The unit was clean and well put together. I highly recommend this place for your vacation needs! I had a chance to communicate with the owners and they were extremely helpful and attentive. 5 Stars!

Awesome!!

We loved everything about the house. Don’t have a negative thing to say. The hosts were fantastic and responded to all requests quickly. Great location close to the beach. Golf course was amazing also. Will definitely be going back.

Just what we needed.

I came with my 14 year old son. He has autism and it is so nice have a little extra space to decompress after a day at the beach. The owners were fantastic. We stayed at Lost Keys last year as well. It is such a great place. We have met some of the kindest fellow guests and employees every time. Our flight was really delayed due to storms coming to Florida and we got in 8 hours later than expected. Even at that time staff was really kind. We also were able to checkout a little late to avoid spending extra time at the airport when we departed. This was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

VERY nice, NEWEproperty close to the beach

The property was spacious, clean, and seemed to be quite new (the entire complex seemed to be pretty new?). It was great having the personal garage parking right downstairs, so easy to come and go. The shuttle to the beach was great, we never had to wait long and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s also possible to walk, but it was especially hot the week we stayed. We usually drove to the larger pool because we have a small child (who LOVED the room with the custom bunk bed- queen over queen that was big enough for adults) and usually had a lot of stuff, and always found a parking spot there. There are quite a lot of stairs, which we didn’t mind, it was a bit of a hassle bringing in luggage and groceries, but your car is also RIGHT there so it’s no big deal. But be prepared for stairs if you have bad knees, etc. Our child loved all of the games they had available. Beds are comfy (consider bringing your own pillow if driving and picky about that kind of thing). Hosts had everything very organized to make things as easy as possible. Everyone who we met who worked at the complex/community of Lost Key was very friendly as well.

This place was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, all amenities provided (including lots of beach things - wagon, chairs, floaties, boogie boards, etc), and the layout was perfect for my family of 5 (including 3 teens). The host was quick to reply & very attentive when I had any questions. The neighborhood amenities were awesome — the free shuttle to the beach was quick & reliable. The 2 pools were great during days when the beach was double red flags. Great restaurants nearby, and super quick drive to Orange Beach. Highly recommend!

Very clean, close to the beach, nice place

Family of 5 .. short walk to the beach.. also there is a trolley available at certain times that runs back and forth to the beach. The beach club has a small pool and restaurant right on the beach so that was very convenient. The big pool is close to the unit and it’s nice. Great place, very clean.
