Whether you are looking for a place to stay during game day or for graduation or campus tour, you will find this newly renovated 3BR / 2Bath house the perfect home away from home, yet only minutes to the stadium and 2 blocks to UIUC campus.

This mid-century house is located on a tree-lined quiet street in the faculty quad. We welcome families who value quiet time while visiting the university of Illinois or historic Urbana or vibrant Champaign.

The house is newly furnished in June 2022 with a 75" TV, fiber optic high speed 1G wifi with central AC and heating. You can also choose to sip your cup of coffee at the front porch or enjoy evening drinks on the patio facing a large yard.

Kitchen has modern amenities with an adjacent bar area for casual hangout while the master chef is cooking up a storm. Large brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The modern mid-century designed master bedroom has a separate reading area with a king bed. Second bedroom features Scandinavian casual style of living with a queen bed and a desk. Third bedroom whose queen bed faces a large window benefits from the beautiful view of the front yard. The newly renovated Bathroom 1 has a combined shower / tub and bathroom 2 has a rain shower built in.

Great Stay!

I stayed at the house for a short week to visit family and had a great time! The house is very spacious and was very clean! Great kitchen and very kind host. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome Stay in Champaign-Urbana

Great property located in historic section of Urbana. Rented property for a week to be close to the Carle Hospital, family member was having surgery. The house was perfect for four adults. Well stocked with all the necessary items. Beds were comfortable. Owner Kristy was very accommodating along with her handyman Joseph, who checked to ensure everything was working well. Will definitely stay again if we need to return.
