fun for everyone!

A really nice property in a great location. The pool and game room provided loads of entertainment and fun, all 7 of us spent hours in both. A bonus was being able to walk to the beautiful Crest Lake Park, highly recommended. Publix is less than 15 minutes away. Dana was very responsive when we had a question. All in all, a great experience and we'd go back in a minute!

Great location for all ages

This property has something for everyone! Our family loves games and movies. The gameroom is awesome and offers both gaming and a great movie experience on the large projection screen. It is in a great location and easy to get to our favorite restaurants and to the beach. I even found a cute little park in the next neighborhood over to walk/jog around the lake. This property has plenty of room and the property manager got back to me quickly about any questions. We really enjoyed our experience 😊

The out side round bed like chair was dirty,the hot tub was not hot and the pillowto rest your head on was filfy ,the air conditioner kept going out the house was 80 degrees all but one day and we were there for four days. Very hard to sleep. DANA NEEDS TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT THROUGHLY. The capasitor went out and was fixed . Then it took all day and night to cool down.then the next day it was hot again. We had to clean the stove top it was dirty.i think the cleaning crew needs to be watched a little better .

Linda, thank you for taking time to leave a review. The last thing we want is our guests to be uncomfortable during their stay. The air conditioning has been repaired and I was not aware that after we had company out there, that there was still issues. Would have had them back out immediately. As for the dirty lounger chair under very large trees get constant pollen and leaves. Unfortunately the sign for using the hot tub was not on the wall which states it needs to run for several cycles for it to heat up. Definitely not your fault that was missing and if you would have messaged I would have taken care of immediately. I also brought your review to my cleaning company and this has all been addressed.

I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Dana responded to any of our questions or small issues with the house! The air conditioning was acting up and she had someone out there first thing in the morning to fix it, and she drove herself to the house to look at the dishwasher that ended up being perfectly fine, we just didn’t know how to operate! Completely appreciate this as we have stayed in vrbo’s before that the owner said they would send someone and never did and we never got the issue resolved, so actually fixing things while we were there was greatly appreciated! The home was clean and location was good. It’s out of the hustle and bustle areas of Clearwater but close enough we could be at the water in less than a 10 min drive. Our family loves the privacy of our own pool to hang out and relax when not at the ocean, so this pool was perfect. Big enough for all of us to enjoy!

We loved the game room!

It was extremely hot the week we visited so we spent a lot of time at the house hanging out and using the pool. My kids pretty much lived in the game room. We will definitely be back again!
