lmk if anything is damaged, it's easier for me to plan to replace or schedule prior to the next renter if I know asap.
Please be respectful of our home, things, and noise after 11p... No smoking, even in the screen porch-- the tar sticks to the ceiling.

Great house to entertain as well as many seating areas spread out for a little time alone. Location is close to everything-- take a stroll around town or hop in a rideshare and be anywhere in just a few minutes.

Located close enough to the track and hustle of Broadway but quiet enough at the end of a dead end street to get some rest and recover.
