Unique property with private pools next to the sea

"Estate and house Rex in Poljica, Marina" - solar powered beachfront next to the town of Trogir. This rare and authentic estate features two private pools, large terrace, grill and private parking and a house that can accommodate up to 8 people and it consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The whole estate is strictly just for your private use. There are no close neighbours and you have complete privacy. Sea is just across the road, on a 10 meters distance.


Experience the one of a kind ranch-style estate and a house "Rex" that is a family heritage. Truly a distinctive and rare property. Surface of the whole area, including the house, 2 pools, driveway, vineyard is 7000 m2.

The house and the terrace (120 m2) has it's own entrance, an outer gate that can be shut. On the spacious terrace there is a large table and chairs, ideal for dining or having a few drinks. Next to it you have a pool with a regular water pump system and deckchairs. There are also deckchair covers available. On the other side of the terrace you will find a small "summer kitchen" that has a fireplace where you can grill (BBQ).

Inside the modestly decorated house you have 3 bedrooms total. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 persons. Two bedrooms have a bed for 2 persons, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed (a pull out) for 2 persons. You also have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Inside the house you have 3 portable "air conditioners". It's a cooling system, fan-like, but on cold water / ice.


On the lower part of the estate, there is a uncommon large pool that we filled with sea water. On the lower part you will also find one more bathroom.

Above the house, on the upper area of the estate there is a loving and quiet dog Rex (german shepherd) and two small kittens who get along great.
It's up to you how much interactions you will have with them. Our guests end up loving them.

This is one of the rare properties in Croatia where you have ultimate privacy.

Town of Trogir is just 10 minutes away with a car. Split is 30 minutes away with a car. Closest market "Tommy", cafes and restaurants are on a 5 minute distance with a car.

This property is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of estate.

There is free parking on the premises for up to 5 cars.

The sea is just across the road, in front of the estate. Less than a 10 meters distance.

Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
Other things to note
We will do our best to treat you with home made wine and traditional prosciutto so you can have an ultimate authentic stay at our estate. We as hosts are available via message at all times. We are on a 5 minute distance with a car from the property, so if you need us, we are not far away.

There is a discount of -10% if you make a reservation for 14 nights or more.
