Enjoy the comfort of your holidays at Villa Maria . Villa is located in a peaceful area of beautiful small township Primorski Dolac, which is just 18 km away of UNESCO's city of Trogir. Because of its location it provides to the guests at the same time a lot of privacy and detachment from the city crowd, but also easy access to the city center.

Villa consists of a two separated apartments house with, outdoor barbecue place, indoor fireplace with separated kitchen, playground for a kids and place for outdoor bowling. The villa is placed on a 4000 square meters and it is all fenced. In a each of two separated apartment there is a two bedrooms , kitchen which includes all accessories for eating and food preparation, a living room and a bathroom. In a front of apartments there is a huge sundeck, nice garden and a tavern with our home made wine, which means we have enough space for 8 persons. Surrounded by greenery this holiday home offer you a relaxing atmosphere while facilities like swimming pool with heater, barbecue, fireplace and tavern further contribute to the quality of your vacation. Villa is surrounded by a courtyard with organic garden, which fruits guests can pick and use without any restrictions and payment. Children have enough space for careless play and adults can rest in the shade during hot summer days. I hope you'll enjoy your time here, as we do. You'll feel completely looked after and if you need anything we will be happy to help.

There are also plenty of other options for you and your family or friends in one of the three beautiful cities Split, Trogir and Šibenik which are all near Primorski Dolac. If you are interested in sightseeing you should visit antique town of Salona and Diocletian's palace in Split or Kamerlengo castle in Trogir. We also recommend visit to the untouched nature beauties of Krka national park, or if you just want to have a great fun time with your family, you should definitely visit Solaris aquapark or one of many beaches on the coast , all less than 30 minutes drive from the house.
This house is an ideal place for your holiday, away from the noise but close to all summer attractions of Dalmatian coast. Welcome!

Super! Tolle Gastgeber, welche uns direkt persönlich empfangen haben. Für den 1. Abend wurden uns Essen und Getränke gestellt. Außerdem waren wir zu einer Feier eingeladen, bei der es tolle regionale Spezialitäten gab. Immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Location selbst hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles total sauber. Schöne Poolanlage, welche für uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kids perfekt war. Ein großer Garten, wo wir uns komplett bedienen durften. Dazu eine Kinderschaukel, Trampolin und sogar ein kleines Fußballfeld mit Kunstrasen und Beleuchtung. Das war ein tolles Extra. Die Kids waren rundum zufrieden und immer beschäftigt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche komplett getauscht. Die Küche ist für alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kochfelder. Dazu sind Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Gewürze, reichlich Geschirr, ein Sandwichmaker und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. "Grillraum" hat eine super Essgarnitur, welche wir für Frühstück und Abendessen genutzt haben. Den Grill haben wir auch mehrfach genutzt. Auch hier wurde uns direkt Kohle zur Verfügung gestellt. Die einzigen beiden "negativen" Punkte - in den kleinen Badezimmern immer mal wieder etwas strenger Geruch durch den Abfluss. Liegt wohl an der örtlichen Kanalisation und ist eine Kleinigkeit. Eine zweite Fernbedienung für das Zufahrtstor wäre praktisch, damit man zeitlich unabhängiger ist. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wunderbare Anlage, allerherzlichste Gastgeber - Erwartungen übertroffen!

Wir, 2 Familien zu je 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern, hatten einen tollen, ungestörten Aufenthalt in Primorski Dolac. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und betreut, dass es uns die Sprache verschlagen hat. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank reich gefüllt, selbst Grillkohle war bereitgestellt. Immer wieder überraschten uns die Gastgeber mit Köstlichkeiten. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts durften wir uns am Obst und Gemüse im Garten bedienen. Ein leckerer Gruß zum Abschied machte uns diesen nicht einfacher. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Grundstück selbst verfügt über zwei kleine Ferienhäuser mit je 2 Schlafzimmern (Betten sehr gemütlich), Bad, Küchenzeile und Wohnzimmer. Großer Garten mit Pool nur für uns, der jederzeit genutzt werden konnte, zudem große Gemeinschaftsküche (weit über Standard ausgestattet, bis hin zu Mixer und Küchenwaage sowie Eiswürfelmaschine), großer Essbereich mit Kamin, Loungeecke und Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine (Waschpulver inklusive) und Bügelzubehör. In weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man einen kleine Laden, wo es alles Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf zu angemessenen Preisen zu kaufen gibt - auch täglich frische Backwaren. Der Laden ist sonntags bis 20:00 Uhr, sonst sogar bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Alles Weitere muss man erfahren: bis zum Meer bzw. nach Trogir sind es etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto, bis Primošten und Sibenik knapp 50 Minuten. Vielen Dank Ivan, Maria und Kristijan!

Pour notre 1er voyage en Croatie, nous n'avons pas été déçu 😄 nous avons été reçu comme des rois par notre hôte: un accueil chaleureux, un hôte généreux, disponible et adorable qui a su nous conseiller quand nous en avions besoin ; nous étions 2 familles de 5 avec enfants et adolescents et nous sommes tous d'accord pour dire que nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette location conviviale et très agréable ; location très bien bien équipée et , idealement située pour accéder aux différentes villes touristiques notamment Trogir que nous avons beaucoup aimé....un grand merci à Ivan et Kristijan 😘

Bardzo dobry

Spokojne miejsce, prawie pustka w promieniu kilkuset metrów, rewelacyjny mikroklimat (w dzień gorąco, a noce o 5st. chłodniejsze niż np. w Trogirze odległym o 15km). Oprócz domków i basenu, dostępne 3 dodatkowe mini-budynki (pralnia, dodatkowa kuchnia i jadalnia z kominkiem). Wady to troszeczkę za ciasne domki (bardzo skromne łazienki) oraz słabo działające WiFi (roaming 4G działa bez zarzutu mimo odległości od miast). Bardzo przyjazny gospodarz, świetnie mówi po angielsku. Przywitano nas pełną lodówką i obfitym "barkiem" z lokalnymi specjałami. Z ogrodu wszystko dostępne: jabłka, pomidory, ziemniaki, warzywa itp... Świetnie spędzone wakacje dla dwóch rodzin.

Mirta et Christian se sont rendu très disponible

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans la villa de Mirta et Christian, nous étions à maximum 40 min de Split et de tous les endroits sympa à voir en Croatie. Et quand nous voulions nous reposer, la piscine était la pour nous rafraîchir. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !! Merci !

Une villa parfaite pour des vacances en famille et avec des amis.

Nous avons été reçus comme des princes par Mirta qui a été extrêmement gentil, prévenant et accueillant. Plateau de charcuterie locale, boissons, pain artisanal et des légumes du jardin préparés pour nous, nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Les 3 villas étaient toutes parfaitement équipées, très propres et complétées d'une maisonnette disposant d'un abri et d'une cheminée barbecue pour nos repas. Une grande piscine située au cœur des villas est accompagnée d'un espace cocktail avec mobilier de jardin sous une toile tendue, le tout très classe et moderne Toutes les infrastructures sont neuves, bien entretenues par le père de Mirta, charmant également. Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique dans une région de Croatie certes touristique mais plus authentique par son patrimoine et sa population que l'Istrie du Nord. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir loué cette propriété pendant nos 2 semaines de congés car finalement Dubrovnik bien qu'éloignée était accessible de cette location et il nous restait encore plein de sites à découvrir. Nous recommandons cette location et nous remercions encore Mirta pour son accueil. Il parle parfaitement l'anglais.
