Newly renovated home located in a charming and quintessential neighborhood in East Falmouth. Home comes with deeded water access for guests to Green Pond (0.1 mile from the property).

Bring your paddleboards and kayaks down to this private oasis! If you don't own these, don't worry, a local business (Cape Cod Kayak) is located near our place and also offers delivery! 1.6 miles from Menauhant Beach, which offers public parking to non-Falmouth residents.

This 3-bedroom ranch includes: a fully stocked kitchen with a brand-new dishwasher, stove, and microwave. New AC window units that cover the square footage of the entire home, ceiling fans in every room, a new washer/dryer in unit, fully stocked bathrooms, and more!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the spacious yard, take a stroll down by the water, cook up some food on the BBQ, play a game with our custom Seatucket Cottage corn hole set, or hang out in the Adirondack chairs by the outdoor fire pit! Don't forget to rinse off after a day at the beach in our brand-new outdoor cedar shower!

Close to the beaches, downtown shopping, Martha's Vineyard ferry, homemade ice cream, Shining Sea Bikeway, Cape Cod Winery, two breweries, Mashpee Commons, and many delicious restaurants and things to do!

Guests will receive access to Capeology's ''Guide to Falmouth'' which includes their favorite restaurants, drink spots, activities, and more once they enter Seatucket Cottage!

Four parking spaces are included and access to the garage.

1/10 mile to Green Pond, a small, sandy area to swim and launch paddleboards and kayaks.
1.6 miles to Menauhant Beach, Falmouth

LOVED THIS CAPE COTTAGE

We stayed here for a girl’s trip weekend and absolutely loved this cottage! Nice neighborhood, 4 min drive from the beach, 10 minutes from town center in Falmouth, we went to Martha’s Vineyard as well. Nice, clean, modern home that was the perfect fit for us. Would stay here again!

Long weekend getaway

Nice home, clean, easy check in and out. Owner is very responsive. Only draw back is no air conditioning. However, when there was a cool night it was not a big deal and there are ceiling fans.

Whether you want to do something outdoors (deeded water access for paddleboarding and kayaking, visit the beach, ride your bikes at Shining Sea Bikeway, see Nobska Lighthouse, hop on the Island Queen for a Martha's Vineyard day trip), shop (close to downtown and Mashpee Commons), or relax (5 minutes from Cape Cod Winery, Bad Martha Farmer's Brewery, and amazing restaurants), Seatucket Cottage is in a central location for all of this!

Falmouth is a very year-round town! There is always something to do no matter what time of year. The downtown is great for shopping and there are so many different types of amazing restaurants to try (Italian, Greek, Mexican, Seafood, Steakhouse, and American) that are all mentioned in our ''Guide to Falmouth'' left at the cottage for guests checking in.
