Completely renovated designer home. Huge open concept home with tons of natural sun light. Perfect communal space for relaxing and enjoying each other’s company.

Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and all utensils needed to create a home cooked meal.

Smart TVs in each bedroom with fast WiFi connection to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video.

Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge.

Lush backyard with swimming pool and hot tub to unwind in. Large gazebo seating area. Patio and dining area to enjoy a meal outside. BBQ. Perfect backyard to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

**Note: The entire home is loft style and open. The walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. There is no ceiling on the second bedroom and it is possible to see into the second bedroom from the loft.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private backyard and laundry room.

We are always available if our guests should need anything.

The amount of interaction is completely up to our guests, no pressure.

This home is conveniently located in a quiet family neighborhood next to the highway for convenience. Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and the beach are all a 15 minute drive/uber away. Wilton Dr is 10 minutes away, and we are located 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

We recommend either driving or using an Uber to get around.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and can beat anybody in a Harry Potter trivia challenge. (I've read the entire series over 8 times).
