Sunny and quiet apartment in Italy, 7 km from the Swiss border. Spread over 2 floors. The house is built on a hill, 300 meters above Lake Lugano, surrounded by greenery, away from traffic. Parking spaces for the doors. Great surroundings, a good point for trips to Lake Como or Lake Maggiore. Lugano and Menaggio. House has a great panoramic terrace with a view over the Lugano lakes
