Beautifully Restored Singe Family Home in West End, with two parking spaces.

This 200 year-old single family home has been lovingly renovated to provide modern comfort with historic charm. Ideally situated in the heart of PTown's unique West End, this home is just a block away from the fun and charm of Commercial Street. The main floor includes a newly furnished Great Room with gas fireplace and 50" Flat Screen TV. Gourmet Kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware and appliances, including a double-oven, double-sink, and convection/microwave. There is one bdrm/one bath on main floor, 2nd floor includes a large master bedroom plus a third bedroom along with a luxury bath with jacuzzi tub and 2 person shower. All beds have been upgraded to adjustable SleepNumber mattresses. Outdoor deck with seating for 6 plus 2 free parking spaces. High speed wireless internet.

NOTE: Due to the original architecture of the house, the stairway to top floor is somewhat steep (but completely solid). 2nd floor bedrooms are not ideal for small children or adults with mobility issues.

NOTE: Rental does not include the owner-occupied basement apartment, which is fully separated and locked off from the rental space. The apartment is effectively sealed off from the main house, and has its own separate air-handling (HVAC) systems. The third parking space in the driveway is reserved for the basement apartment.

Lovely house

This was our second year at this rental and again everything was great. It is a lovely place. Thoughtfully designed and very comfortable for my family. Owner is responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed five days at this very comfortable centrally, located home. Chris is clearly an experienced owner who has thought of all the little comforts that make a vacation rental so nice. Very comfortable beds, great linens, temperature control in all the rooms, beach equipment so you don’t have to bring your own, but don’t forget your beach towels! We would happily come back here again.

Great place,great location

The house is on a quiet street but a short walk to stores. The house was clean and the kitchen fully stocked. And the owner was very easy to work with and helpful when we had any questions. We had a great time.

Cute and spacious gem!

Our host was very pleasant. We met him upon check in. This place has lots of amenities. We stayed here with our family. We each had our own bedroom and the living/dining area is open to each other so it's a nice space to gather together. It's a close walk into town. I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

a charming place

My husband and I and our son and his wife with their two children stayed here to attend our daughter's wedding. What a great place! so walkable to everything! It was one of the cleanest places we ever rented! It has all the bells and whistles from the comfort level mattresses to the mini splits and the toilet/bidet! Chris was great to communicate with! We stayed 4 nights and wished we could've stayed longer! Try Liz's Cafe, right around the corner! great food and friendly people!

Labor Day week in Ptown

My family and I thorough enjoyed this house in Ptown! It suited the 6 of us and our dogs perfectly. The kitchen had everything you might need. The appliances are new and lovely. We walked into town every day and drove to some nearby beaches. You can’t beat the location. The upstairs bedrooms are best suited for the younger people in your party as they are steep. We highly recommend this beautiful house.

Feel Right At Home In This Wonderful Rental

This rental is one of the nicest to be found in PTown. Three bedrooms with a beautiful open kitchen-dining-living area and one bedroom on main level and two bedrooms (one is the master) upstairs. Kitchen has nice appliances and is fully stocked with everything you would need to entertain. Great old home of character with rough-hewn ceiling supports, two nice bathrooms and unique chimney in the middle of the stairwell. Upstairs shower is the most powerful shower in the town and it doubles as a sauna; this is a great item in this rental. There is also a big, roomy claw-foot bathtub upstairs as well. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. He has a basement apartment and is on-site sometimes and other times he isn't. Parking for two vehicles is included, a major plus in PTown, and if the owner is away you can fit a third vehicle. Air conditioners and some great Dyson no-blade fans keep the premises cool and it is a short stroll to all the fun on Commercial Street from this lot in the nicer West End. A quick bike ride to Herring Cove, too! If this rental is available you will not regret signing that lease.

Very well equipped house and everything well marked. We had a water problem and a workman arrived almost immediately to fix it. Only one complaint, there were 2 dead mice under the kitchen sink along with a lot of mouse droppings. Convenient location, very walkable. I would recommend this place

We had a great stay at Chris’ home! Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen (so stocked that one could make a gourmet meal!), and extras like beach chairs for use during stay. It was a great place to hang out after the beach and before heading into town. Highly recommend!

Luxury stay in Ptown for Lesbian Weekend

This lovely home is cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect with a very quick walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and the water. The shower is sublime and has a steam room function. The beds are so comfortable. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next ptown trip.

Magical return visit

This was our second holiday stay in this home. We love it so much. The house is so cozy for winter, especially the fantastic gas fireplace. We prepared several elaborate holiday meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal. The host is wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean. Wonderful Home

Chris' home is a delight. Historical home updated to perfection. Comfortable open space for relaxing. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. Beds are super comfortable, showers are great. It is wonderful to come back to this house and quiet neighborhood after a day of waking in town. Hope to be back.

Historic property with all of today's comforts

Enjoyed our recent stay over Christmas Holiday 2023! Chris was the consumate host by offering a beautifully relaxing space in the uber-convenient West End area of PTown. We were 2 couples and one dog and found the accommodations quite comfortable. The sleep number beds in all the bedrooms offered a wonderful nights sleep after nearby strolls into town. Really enjoyed sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoying conversations in the cozy living area. Ample onsite/off street parking for our 2 SUVs was a bonus! Chris was quickly and thoroughly available for any questions we had - super responsive. Great property, great host, great vacation...we'll be back!! Thanks, Mr. Flint!!

Dog Friendly Cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage for two couples with pets.The kitchen is well appointed with a large kitchen table in the center. The overhead lighting was a little low for doing a jigsaw puzzle but otherwise adequate. The bedding and living room furniture were super comfortable for all of us. This is a great location in the West end of town- would stay there again!
