Welcome to the Bungalow on Wilson, our home for over twenty years! A perfect, central location! This home is filled with great energy! The footprint lends to a perfect spot to gather with friends and family with three common areas to hang out in, each having a comfortable conversation area or a cozy nook to read a book or build a puzzle! 5 minutes to trail heads, down town, breweries, the beach, the ski hill just to name a few. Great central location for your upcoming vacation.

We DON'T charge a cleaning fee or add tax's.... those are on us! We do charge a REFUNDABLE deposit in case of damages.

We have our property professionally cleaned prior to each guest. All linens & towels are laundered at a local Dry Cleaner (just like the hospital).

Just bring your pillow, we'll take care of the rest.

Cozy house with lots of room

Wilson Street was a great place to stay in Marquette. We were close to everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day! The owners were really accessible and helpful.

Great Well-kept House

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marquette made all the more enjoyable by our accommodations. The property was exactly as advertised: very well-kept, clean, well-suited for a group of our size, and had plenty of driveway space for our vehicles. The property manager was very kind and responded very quickly to our questions.

Accurate based on pictures. Enjoyed multiple sitting areas, felt spacious for our two families. Quiet neighborhood, short distance from downtown. We did have issue with circuit breaker, owner sent someone over to address within an hour.

Wonderful house and Great Host

The house was adorably/beautifully decorated. It was very clean and had so many amenities. The location was perfect for us. My only concern was the downstairs bathroom sink was extremely slow in draining. But that was thing that concerned me. In every other aspect, this was an outstanding house. And the owner was terrific to deal with. She was quick to answer any and all questions. Great host!!

Wonderful New Year's Ski Trip

Came up to Marquette to enjoy some cross country skiing on the Noque trails with a few other couples and had a wonderful time in the home. The listing was a little mis-leading stating that it sleeps 10 since there are just 3 beds, but we had plenty of space for 6 adults. Room to spread out and have the guys watching football in the living room and the ladies catching up in the front room. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we were able to cook a couple of great meals together. Great cozy place to hang out in the winter and would be just as lovely in the summer!

Jan is an excellent host. Home is beautifully decorated and couldn’t be more comfortable. House is extremely well stocked with everything you could need or want. With six adults and one young child staying in the house, they are many different living areas such as the living room, family room and sunroom so you’re not on top of each other. Location is perfect, about five minutes to downtown and many restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay.

House was even better than expected. We did forget to bring pillows, but easy access to stores made it not a big deal. My family felt so relaxed and at ease in this home and we were literally within 10 minutes of everything Marquette had to offer. We even took a walk the one day down to the children's museum, my kiddos must do for this trip!We would stay here again in a heartbeat.Plenty of space for everyone and a beautiful backyard space with flowers.Cannot say enough good things about our stay. It was perfect!

I'm a Marquette native. My sister and I own this home jointly. It was the first home we purchased when we moved back to Mqt after over ten years in Atlanta, GA. We opted to rent this home after the city of Mqt forced us to sell a nearby investment property which was part of our retirement strategy.

Why they chose this property

This home is comfortable.... and literally 2-5 minutes away from the new hospital, minutes from bike trails, downtown restaurants, breweries, the ski hill just to name a few.

What makes this property unique

Great footprint! Fun gathering spaces, one space flowing into the other. Centrally located not only for Marquette, but the U.P. Perfect base camp for day trips. Check out Brockway Mountain Dr. in Copper Harbor, Pictured Rocks Tours in Munising, or historic Big Bay just to name a few. Stay in Marquette and experience the local hospitality from the beautiful shorelines to the biking and / or hiking trails. Don't forget to sample the local restaurants & breweries.
