Welcome to the Bungalow on Wilson, our home for over twenty years! A perfect, central location! This home is filled with great energy! The footprint lends to a perfect spot to gather with friends and family with three common areas to hang out in, each having a comfortable conversation area or a cozy nook to read a book or build a puzzle! 5 minutes to trail heads, down town, breweries, the beach, the ski hill just to name a few. Great central location for your upcoming vacation.

We DON'T charge a cleaning fee or add tax's.... those are on us! We do charge a REFUNDABLE deposit in case of damages.

We have our property professionally cleaned prior to each guest. All linens & towels are laundered at a local Dry Cleaner (just like the hospital).

Just bring your pillow, we'll take care of the rest.

Central location for everything in the Marquette area.This house was perfect for launching our various activities: hiking near Big Bay, Presque Isle Park, campus, downtown Marquette. It was immaculate and welcoming, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this gem!

The house was exactly as described and warm and cozy for our stay with a toddler and a small pug and four adults. The kitchen was nicely appropriated and although we brought our own coffee maker, there was coffee beans and equipment available, no need to bring your own. Nice spice selection too and many rentals don't provide that. Will certainly stay again the next time we're in Marquette to see Bumpus - a frequent Chicago band that plays up that way. Thanks!

This is an excellent property located right in the heart of Marquette, MI. Extremely close to restaurants, bars/breweries, and lots of outdoor activities. The property itself is exactly as the listing shows, it is very clean and perfect for a family or small group of people. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and would highly recommend this property to anyone headed to the area. Communication with the host was great, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and easy...what a great week we had!

A nice property with several separate rooms for gatherings. Comfortable surrounding with all the amenities we needed, especially in the kitchen. A bit unusual that pillows are not provided, but the host is clear on that and sends a reminder too. The host was excellent in communication.

I'm a Marquette native. My sister and I own this home jointly. It was the first home we purchased when we moved back to Mqt after over ten years in Atlanta, GA. We opted to rent this home after the city of Mqt forced us to sell a nearby investment property which was part of our retirement strategy.

Why they chose this property

This home is comfortable.... and literally 2-5 minutes away from the new hospital, minutes from bike trails, downtown restaurants, breweries, the ski hill just to name a few.

What makes this property unique

Great footprint! Fun gathering spaces, one space flowing into the other. Centrally located not only for Marquette, but the U.P. Perfect base camp for day trips. Check out Brockway Mountain Dr. in Copper Harbor, Pictured Rocks Tours in Munising, or historic Big Bay just to name a few. Stay in Marquette and experience the local hospitality from the beautiful shorelines to the biking and / or hiking trails. Don't forget to sample the local restaurants & breweries. So much to do, so little time. Our sincere hope is you've enjoyed your stay in our home.
