The Casa Bilbao is located in Roses in the urbanization Mas Fumats.
The property (1000m2) with a slight slope and southwest facing offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Bay of Roses .
All bedrooms and the wintergarden have air conditioning.

The property offers a spacious living.- dining room with fireplace, open kitchen with bar, and a conservatory with access to the outdoor terrace. Furthermore there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning (one of them ensuite) and two shower rooms.

A spiral staircase leads from the outside terrace to the pool terrace with access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden, which includes is equipped with a goldfish pond.

The apartment, with separate entrance, is equipped with a double bedroom and a other bedroom with bunk beds, a shower room as well as a kitchenette and living / dining room. The apartment is on the same level as the pool terrace.

Fast perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Die obere Etage ist sensationell. Die Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, der Küchen- und Wohnbereich mit Turmzimmer, Dachterrasse sind einfach super. Der Pool ist groß und der Garten bietet die ein oder andere Abwechslung. Der einzige "Nachteil" ist die ältere untere Etage. Dort leben die 70-80er Jahre noch ein bisschen vor sich hin und im Vergleich mit dem oberen Stockwerk wirkt es eher düster. Wir hatten drei Kinder dabei und so wollte jeder, nicht unten schlafen...Wir konnten es lösen,aber man sollte sich bewusst sein das hier ein Niveau Abfall besteht und es "Konfliktpotenzial" gibt. Natürlich benötigt mein ein Auto aber das sollte jedem bei der Wahl Gegend bewusst sein. Es gibt viele schöne Ecken in der Gegend und mit ein bisschen probieren findet man auch in der Ferienzeit Ecken die nicht überlaufen sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in vollem Umfang vorhanden. Frau Peschel ist eine sehr angenehme Person und passt ihren Arbeitstag an die Bedürfnisse der Gäste an (Ankunft, Abfahrt, Erreichbarkeit). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

nicht ganz wie erwartet

Die Lage und die Grösse des Hauses mit Umschwung ist sensationell. Die Agentur ist auch toll und Frau Peschel war sehr freundlich und hat uns immer direkt geholfen. Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr schön oder defekt. Wir würden nur wieder kommen, wenn das komplette Haus saniert wurde.

Überwältigender Panoramablick und riesen Pool

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat eine super Lage mit einem weltklasse Panoramablick auf das Mittelmeer und Roses. Das Haus hat teilweise den Charme der 70er, wird aber sukzessive modernisiert. So sind die Küchen und zwei Schlafzimmer inkl. der Bäder nagelneu. Wir waren zu siebt. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage und ist nur mit einem Vorhang vom Gemeinschaftsraum getrennt. Egal...das Haus als ganzes ist einfach der Hammer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einige Kleinigkeiten waren nicht ganz in Ordnung. Hier hat die Vermieterin Frau Peschel schnell gehandelt. So wurden die defekten Birnen der Außenbeleuchtung umgehend gewechselt. Alles in allem ist das Haus und das große Grundstück in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit vielen tollen Plätzen zum schauen und verweilen (Terasse oben und unten, Pool, Wintergarten, Garten…). Es ist super für einen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden geeignet.

Really beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Mme Peschel had well organised everything. Fast and friendly answers and a warm welcome when we arrived. The house itself is located in a small village on the mountain with a beautiful view to the sea and Roses. A lovely garden surrounded the house and all information regarding restaurants, interesting sightseeing tips and possibillity for covid testing were available. Everything was well prepared and we would like to thank again Mme Peschel for the making our stay so perfect.

Tolle Immobilie für 2 Familien mit Kindern

Das Objekt ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war super sauber und das Grundstück war zum erkunden toll für die Kinder. Die deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin war immer zu erreichen und hat sich gut gekümmert. Wenn man sich Fotos macht welches Geschirr in welche Küche gehört, hat man am Ende keine Probleme. Der Pool ist wunderbar, die Aussicht traumhaft, allerdings braucht man ein eigenes Auto um die Umgebung erkunden zu können oder an das Meer zu fahren. Die Fahrt dauert nicht lange, aber aufgrund der Berge wäre Fahrrad fahren für die Kinder nicht unbedingt möglich gewesen.

Súper experiencia

Alojamiento en zona residencial muy tranquila con vistas al mar y varias zonas dentro de la casa con distintos ambientes. Una auténtica pasada, muy grande y muy cómoda en todos los sentidos. Cada habitación doble cuenta con su baño. Muy fácil aparcar en la puerta del alojamiento incluso con varios coches. Y muy cerca de Roses.
