The in a terraced house very quiet apartment in Warnemünde located on the upper floor of a detached house. It is equipped with two bedrooms for a total of four people. A cot can be placed if required. One bedroom has direct access to the spacious balcony, which invites you to relax with table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the balcony you can see the sea channel through which the ships enter and leave the overseas port, and the cruise terminal. Here you can also hear the seagulls and feel the fresh breeze from the Baltic Sea. The living room is comfortably furnished and offers space for reading, watching TV, eating, playing etc. Through the windows on three sides of the room it is bright and friendly. A small open kitchen is integrated into the living room. Here you will find a cooker with two hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker, of course, enough cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. Two parking spaces at the house are included in the rental price. The apartment is located in the Baltic Sea Warnemünde on the eastern shore of the Warnow, in the district Hohe dune. It is only a few minutes from the beach, the seal station, the lighthouse and the marina residence, where there is an excellent spa landscape and small restaurants.

Sommer Sonne Strand

Sehr schöne FeWo. Nette Vermieter. Tolle ruhige Lage gegenüber dem überlaufenem Warnemünde, welches eine Fähre trennt / verbindet. Strand in 5 min Fußmarsch zu erreichen. An der Warnow gibt es immer Schiffe aller Größen zu sehen. Spielplatz gleich um die Ecke. Kleines Manko sind fehlende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Hohe Düne, denn der nächste Lebensmittelmarkt ist in Markgrafenheide. Kleinigkeiten inkl. frische Brötchen bekommt man im Hafenbüro. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, freundlicher Empfang

Sehr nette Gastgeber, zurückhaltend und höflich. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und hatte alles was man brauchte. Sehr ruhig gelegen, 3 min. zur Fähre zu laufen. Balkon ist groß und schön mit Sonnenliegen, Tisch etc. Das einzig erwähnenswerte, was auf den Bildern (zumindest für uns) nicht direkt erkennbar war, ist dass der Balkon von einem der Schlafzimmer abgeht und nicht vom Wohnzimmer. Das heißt, wenn man wie wir mit zwei Parteien dort nächtigt, kann man morgens nicht auf den Balkon bzw. muss immer durch ein Schlafzimmer laufen. Nicht wild, aber vielleicht dennoch erwähnenswert, wem es wichtig ist.
