Rock Garden Rentals is proud to offer you "The Spaulding" - a four-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin in East Burke, with a fished basement, conveniently located on Route 114 - just a mile to downtown Burke, with frontage on the East Branch of the Passumpsic River.

The best part - the Spaulding cabin is ON the NEW SCHOOL Trail (part of Kingdom Trails) as well as the VAST snowmobile network.

The cabin itself includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, a washer / dryer, a fire pit, and secure bike storage.

The Spaulding comes with free high-speed wifi and a Smart TV where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc.

The Spaulding offers plenty of space across its four bedrooms, but has a maximum occupancy of EIGHT as dictated by the Vermont fire safety code.

Amazing Cabin on the trails

Great location for skiers/snowmobiliers

We had a great stay very comfortable. Really liked all the wireless phone chargers. We defiantly stay again next time I am in Burke!

Great spot off Kingdom Trail

Great spot for our riders and non-riders. The log cabin was so homey and had everything we needed. Also close to town for anything else and good restaurants. Bonus was being able to bring both of our dogs. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

Excellent location … close to skiing and shops. Cozy yet spacious cabin. Super easy checkin. Very clean. Great communication with property owners. Already booked our next stay!

Great family place for a KT trip!

The Spaulding was perfect for our group of 8. 4 adults and 4 kids. Immaculate. Lots of space and privacy…great family gathering spot with large open kitchen/living room with HUGE table. We will come again. The New School trail access and access to the River was icing on the cake!

Amazing Cabin, Comfortable for 8 - Outfitted for Cyclists

Really nice, clean cabin that easily fit our group of riders for the Rasputitsa. They had all the stuff cyclists would need outside to include an outdoor shower, lockable bike storage, bike hanger, and repair stand. My only problem was the water. There is sulfur in it which makes for bad drinking/showering. Easy enough to work around for our weekend stay.
