Hawkins House: Little House

The little house is the perfect house to really unplug for the weekend. It's a two bedroom, one bathroom house within walking distance to food and shopping.

The newly remodeled bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub to help you unwind after a day of adventuring.

While there isn't any wifi, there are cozy couches to catch up with friends and family. A full kitchen if you feel like making a meal, or you can walk over to the Dairy Shack to grab a bite.
The space
This little house is right behind Hawkins House so you are welcome to come up and enjoy the porch and use the wifi if you need to check on things.

One bedroom has a king bed with dresser and side table. The other has a twin over a Queen.
Guest access
You have onsite parking for 2-3 Vehicles and small trailer.
Other things to note
Breakfast is not offered with this listing. There is a full kitchen though and it is a few hundred feet to J&Bs restaurant which serves a wonderful breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable, jet bathtub to soak your bones after a day on the river, and a great firepit spot by a small creek in the back. We traveled with a 2 year old and this host provides a highchair and a pack and play!! What a convenience!! Highly recommended this stay!!!!

Cute, cozy house

I have loved going to Eminence my entire life and we wanted to take our boys for a float trip. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It’s less than a 5 min walk to restaurants and the outfitter the host suggested we use for our float trip picked us up right at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, perfect location and the price is right!

This property will surprise you, Eminence is an older town and this is an older house. The owners did an AWESOME job renovating it and making it feel comfortable. Location of it is right in the middle of town but on once side you have a little creek and some woods and on other side a large building. This reduces the noise you might hear being in the middle of town. Quick walk up the hill and you have instant access to the shops and most important the Dairy Shack that has the best burgers in the area. Wanted to make sure and lay praise on the owners here too. many will just put a place together, these guys spent some time to make it feel comfortable. Jetted tub, Raid head shower, waterfall faucet on pedestal sink. These items were not cheap but make the bathroom feel like a resort. Whole inside was done in shiplap style(again not cheap) with what looked like LVL on the floors. They didn't stop there, Master bedroom had memory foam mattress and pillows, plus body pillows. Kitchen is setup nicely with a very nice Kurieg in place. Owners are easy to get a hold of and communication is great with them. If we got to come back to the area you can guarantee this will be the first place I check.
