5 bedroom lovely home in Modica

Villa Emma is a holiday home surrounded by the characteristic landscape of Modica in a flat area just a few kilometres from Cava Ispica (prehistoric archaeological site). It dominates the neighbourhood. The owner of the house is very child-orientated: he has equipped a special place in the house for children: in the garden there is a slide, swing, playhouse, trampoline and a small children's pool (4 m in diameter). In the house there is a table football for the entertainment of adults and children. In the large garden, together with the children's games, there are tables, chairs, parasols and a corner with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. 5 bedrooms (3 of them with private bathroom) all with TV, fridge and air conditioning. The very spacious kitchen (approx. 30 m2) is equipped with every comfort (grill plate, induction hob, coffee machine). From the kitchen, access to the large equipped veranda (sitting area with stereo), sheltered by windows overlooking the garden.
