Welcome to Deers Eye View! Beautiful remodeled 1622 sq ft home. We are located 8 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We're located near the center of Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake & within walking distance of the town center where the only fully stocked market is located, along with couple places to eat, a pharmacy, post office & 2 banks. Otherwise, a 2-minute drive. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park. Our home is 1622sq ft.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to make eggs to mashed potatoes. The master bedroom has 1 CA King Bed with a full bathroom & jacuzzi bathtub & 1 Queen Bed in the other bedroom. We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022. Enjoy a nice evening on the front patio enjoying nature. A propane barbeque is located on the front patio. AC & Heating by mini split units that are all BRAND NEW & purchased & installed in June 2022. You also have full access to the laundry room.
You have access to the entire home. There is carport located on the property directly as you drive down the driveway you can't miss it! Also, the back porch does have a ramp for entry on one side & steps on the other. The front porch has steps only for entry.
No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed. You may occasionally see a wild turkey, or deer & we have 0 tolerance for HUNTING. Absolutely no hunting is allowed. A $1,000 fee will be charged if these rules are broken.

This was the best place on our trip. It was difficult to find initially because we didn’t have cell service. But the house was great, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was nice. We really enjoyed our time here
Dry roomy house that was perfect for two couples. Clean with all the amenities we needed. Great location, very close to Sequoia National Park. Property had a farm-like fell and beautiful Mountain views, while still being very close to restaurants, essentials, etc. I really appreciated the exceptional communication from the host and the tips on local attractions and amenities.
Overall, this is a good location situated away from traffic. It is slightly difficult to find at night and it is a bit off the main road. The home is huge and is great for a large family with adequate space to sleep and have fun.
Great place to stay for Sequoia and King’s Canyon. It’s clean, roomy, and close to parks. Enjoyed our stay. Washer and dryer were a plus. Would recommend to friends and family.
Cleaning smell was overwhelming upon entering, oven didn’t work properly (had to broil instead of baking), shower pressure was light but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall we really liked the place.
