Each of the four bedrooms offers comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy easy access to downtown attractions, shops, restaurants and entertainment.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire apartment, including the four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Enjoy amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. You'll also find a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and wireless internet. Please note that this apartment is located on an upper level and requires navigating stairs.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth stay: Parking is available on the street or at the Main St. Ramp, located two blocks away (paid parking Monday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). A 15-minute unloading zone is available in front of the apartment.

For Oktoberfest 2026 reservations (September 24-27th, 2026), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking.

HUGE, luxury apartment located right downtown and in walking distance to MANY restaurants and things to do. Apartment was well stocked and BEAUTIFUL! We loved our stay and the management was great. We had a small issue with our refrigerator and they made it right immediately. Would highly recommend and would stay there again over and over again! We loved it!

The property was perfect for a weekend with friends. We especially loved the open space to gather together, the Queen and king bed set up and the bathrooms. Everyone felt they had ample space. My son was in a bass fishing tournament on the river so it was a great location for us to be able to go watch the tournament and enjoy the restaurants and bars and shopping while he was out fishing. We also were able to comfortably watch the tournament on the tv during the day.

Great location. I have rented this property two years in a row. I like the change from a key entrance to a keypad entrance. The outside keypad gave us trouble. It seemed like the 5 key was inconsistent. The sinks in the hall bathroom nearest the master, are very slow to drain. Otherwise, wonderful!
