Come enjoy the ideal base camp: our newly-built, well-appointed “Bear Den” condo located within easy walking distance to downtown Bozeman, nestled in Montana's natural beauty.

The penthouse condo faces south (the quiet side of the building, away from downtown), for peaceful sunlight and mountain views. It has an upscale, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, an over-size shower, and luxury finishes. Enjoy your view of the mountains from your private deck and balcony.

We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when our friends or family come to stay.

Reserved off-street parking for 1 car is included.

Our home has 1 king bed, as well as a travel crib and a couch (the place is comfortable for 2 adults max, as well as 1-2 children).

The address is 718 W. Babcock St., in the SOBO building. Only a 12-minute walk from MSU campus, less than a 10-minute walk from The Elm music venue. Long-term discounts available, just ask!

Escaping the Texas Heat

Wonderful Stay in Bozeman

We really enjoyed our visit to Bozeman while staying in this very comfortable, well-appointed condo. Easy walk to downtown for fun events, restaurants, bars, yoga, and shopping. Beautiful tree-lined neighborhood for morning walks, as well as a great park a few blocks away for a picnic. Super clean, new unit with easy check-in. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family if visiting the area.

Perfect Location to Check Out Bozeman

We had a one night stay after flying into Bozeman mid-afternoon. We were able to check in and then spend the afternoon/evening walking around the Main Street area of Bozeman. It was an easy walk and we loved walking around. Host provided several recommendations for places to eat/drink. Those were much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

MSU Parent Getaway

This apartment was a perfect size for us to enjoy Bozeman while visiting our MSU Cat. Our student was able to enjoy family style dinner and the onsite puzzles. It was a good parent getaway for sure. I would return!

Great stay in The Bear Den. Elinor was very responsive and wonderful to coordinate with. The condo was clean and as pictured. It had everything we needed. Her recommendations around Bozeman were top notch. (We loved her restaurant recs!) She also went out of her way to help us out when our flight was delayed. Highly recommend. The Bear's Den is everything you need

I had a great stay. The walk from downtown is short and safe and the Latch entry system is seamless. The building is secure and quiet, and the unit was very clean and well provisioned. Even the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose. The king bed is stellar. The Bear's Den is perhaps the best short-term rental I have ever had. Thank you!

Close to downtown!

Lovely, new condo within a few blocks of downtown Bozeman! This unit is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Communication with the host was excellent. For the easiest access to bring in luggage, find a street parking spot on the east side of the building. Would stay here again!

The guests told me it was a 5-star experience and an accidental 1 star. I called VRBO telling them what happened, and VRBO called the guests and confirmed it was in error. Unfortunately, VRBO would not change the review unless the guests made a separate call back to VRBO again. I did not want to bother the guests further, so am leaving the review as-is. Poor customer service on VRBO’s part - but not mine!
