Cozy vacation apartment 40m2 Kiebitz on the outskirts of Rosenheim Upper Bavaria

Our cozy apartment Kiebitz is located on the northern outskirts of Rosenheim in beautiful Upper Bavaria only a few kilometers away from the lakes and mountains of the region.
The apartment (40m2) is located as a one-room apartment in the 1st Floor of a modern family house of the landlord.
The apartment has a private entrance and a separate staircase and a small south-east roof terrace.
The apartment Kiebitz in Rosenheim is characterized by a particularly modern spacious and light-flooded architecture.
It has a large bathroom with bathtub !!! (There is no shower), underfloor heating, towel dryer, washing machine and panoramic windows.
The fitted kitchen is located in the main living room and is fully equipped. In the bedroom / living room is a large double bed! (180X200) with 2 mattresses, a large wardrobe, a comfortable sofa with a table and a LCD 32 inch TV.
Our guests park for free on the street (dead end with little traffic) next to the house.
Not safe or suitable for small children (0-3 years) and pets - The staircase is not childproof, and there is a roof terrace. Upon request and request, children are welcome. Just write us.
Smoking, parties and events prohibited
Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out to 11:00


- Rest periods from 22 to 7 o'clock
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the property
- We ask you not to walk with street shoes in the apartment.
- The entrance door should always be locked by key. Likewise ALL windows are to be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage due to bad weather.
- Please handle the resources of water and electricity with care.
For long-term rental, the intermediate cleaning of the rented rooms is incumbent on the tenant.


Stair climbing is required - The apartment (40m2) is located as a one-bedroom apartment in the 1st Floor of a modern family house of the landlord.

NEW NEW from 2019
on request we have a sleeping possibility for a third person / child from 6 / on a guest bed (mattress 14cm x 70cm x 195 cm) incl. bed linen and towels - 10 € night important! Maximum stay for three are two weeks. The guest bed (the mattress) can be transformed into a seat cube during the day.

It is a non smoking apartment.
Animals are not allowed.
