This spacious condo is on the top floor with amazing sky views. Spacious enough for a family, or group of friends.

The open floor plan paired with window to window sky views are sure to make you say WOW! The large kitchen/dining area is able to accommodate a family or group of up to 7.

This rental is located on the top floor. Guests are able to take elevator down to the Isla Verde Beach. Keys and keycards are needed to exit and enter the property from both street and beach fronts.

This rental has a prime location! Located in Isla Verde, directly on the beach, with city views, and on a central strip filled with restaurants and shops. The SJU airport is in close proximity and can be seen from the back windows of property.

Waking distance to beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Parking pass is needed to park within gated lot. If parking pass, keys, or keycards are lost or broken, there is a 100 fee to replace, per item.
No one is allowed to access the roof. Roof access is only used in case of emergencies where helicopter access is needed.

Do not hesitate, it is really good.

We stayed here for approx a week and could not complaint at all. Beach right there with easy access, safe neighborhood, close to airport without the noise. Owner very helpful.

Isla Verde heaven

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious and clean with lots of modern amenities. We had fun at the wonderful beach right outside and enjoyed being able to walk into town easily for lots of restaurants food.

The listing was not accurately represented. The apartment faces the airport runway—not the city—with constant airplane noise and noticeable vibration (earplugs were provided but not disclosed).I had communicated in advance that I was traveling with elderly family members, yet these conditions—and multiple safety concerns—were not disclosed. The unit has several trip hazards and is not suitable for older guests.Inside, one bedroom door is extremely loud and unusable. Cleanliness was also an issue, with strongly scented sheets that triggered allergies and no basic toiletries provided.There were also maintenance problems, including a broken window, a loose shower knob, and a missing kitchen panel. Common areas showed rust, signs of mold, unusable gym equipment, and the pool/beach access was closed.Due to these issues, we checked out within an hour of arrival and had to move to a nearby hotel. Overall, this was not a livable or accurately represented property.

Nice place but too noisy

The place needs some fixing the apartment is okay but the building needs fixing and cleaning. The location was convenient and we were right by great hotels which gave us access to great food. We we right across the airport which made it extremely noisy specially everyday at 6:30 am there were jets taking off and was super loud. The beds were not that comfortable and I had to buy extra pillows and bedding in order to make them comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again 😬
