Our New Penthouse apartment was recently acquired and renovated in a very contemporary style, while maintaining a beach atmosphere. Sit down for breakfast in our large terrace overlooking the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Prepare dinner in our fabulous new kitchen with top of the line appliances, and stunning stellar white quartz counters.Amenities include the following:
-Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with smart TV's and cable service.
-Three recently renovated bathrooms, two in the bedroom area and one in the living area
-Washer and dryer in the second level, near bedrooms
-State of the art magazine worthy new kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, and stellar white quartz counter tops.
Appliances include: french door style refrigerator, wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, glass cook top, and all small appliances customary in a kitchen of this category, as coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.
-Inside living area is comprised of an area for TV entertainment with a 55 inch smart TV encased in a beautiful fascia and round glass dining table for 6 to 8.
-Outdoor living area is comprised of a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean with a table for 6, modular seating an bar stools.
-KItchen connects to terrace via a door and also through a large window that opens up into a bar counter, perfect for entertainment.

We stayed here twice in the last 3 years and it’s always been amazing! The beach is right there and the views are unmatched! We walked to so many different restaurants as well! The beach is a bit wavy but you can’t beat it being literally right out front plus there was a nice pool too!

Wonderful stay

The property is well maintained, feels very safe, and is close to many shops and restaurants. The condo was beautiful with a great view and management was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return!

The on line description does not align with the actual state of the unit. We found it to be dirty, AC in master did not work. Other units needed to be fixed during our stay. They tried to fix but had to add window unit. Blind in bedroom fell and crashed off wall in the middle of the night.Toilet in one bathroom was clogged so we didn't use it. Washer/Dryer was rusted and smelled musty. Stained pillows and dirty outside porch that required them to clean it. Mattress was stained so owner bought new linens. All and all our satisfaction with this unit was very poor. We stayed out of the unit as much as possible. How all the good ratings were at the top with the bad ratings buried is very curious. Go back and read the negative reviews. Not worth what we paid. The owners son was pleasant and tried but a very bad experience.

Wonderful First Visit To Puerto Rico

Lovely, spacious 2 level beach view penthouse apartment adjacent to and with easy access to Isla Verde beach. Great patio overlooking the beach. Walking distance to fine dining options and easy access to casinos in nearby hotels. Very close to airport and Old San Juan and convenient access to tour of El Yunque National Rain Forest.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved the location to beach & pool, as well as other sights and sounds of Puerto Rico. The unit includes 2 parking spaces which was perfect for us. We would have wished for another fob as there were only 2 for a 3 bedroom place and with 6 adults going different directions at different times, it made it slightly cumbersome to coordinate vacation schedules and ensure no one is locked out but we made it work. This is not the only 3 bedroom we have run into this logistic. It's manageable.Overall loved our stay and will consider returning if we have a large group.

Penthouse on the beach

Excellent beach area that has ample surf for bodyboarding for kids. Close to restaurants to walk to and grocery store. Is close to airport which means listening to planes take off a lot.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Our kids had so much fun on the beach swimming and boogie boarding. We often rented chairs but the boogie boards and cooler were convenient for use. They also did provide some beach chairs. The house was clean. The furniture out on the balcony and the main couch could use some updating but overall we were pleased with our stay!

Perfect family get away!

Annie’s place was perfect! Spectacular view, with all the conveniences of home at your fingertips. Safe area with plenty of easy to walk to restaurants, resorts with entertainment etc. Annie’s suggestion list was spot on! Thank you, Annie for a great pre-holiday, relaxing get away!

Great Penthouse!

This is a fantastic place to stay! All of the rooms are comfortable & all the linens, towels, toiletries were perfect! We had a great time. Besides the beach, our favorite place to hang out was on the patio. Fantastic view of the beach! If we travel to Puerto Rico again, we would definitely stay here if we can! Also the host responds almost immediately to any questions! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!!

Amazing location

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Overall, it is great, but I can tell that it needs a little bit of upkeep. During the storm, some of the walls were leaking. Of the ACs was also leaking water if we had it turned on for longer than 30 minutes or so. It was once again, a great experience, but the unit could use a little bit more maintenance to prevent it from further deteriorating.

Nice Property and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time in the penthouse as we had activities planned almost every day. However, place is nice and comfortable for 8 people (3 bedrooms and 3 full baths). The host provided with plenty of towels, beach chairs, football, and some basic bathroom supplies. The beach is down the elevator. It was nice to wake up to such an amazing view. The washer was not working but once I reported it, the host send a technician to fix it. It took a couple of days but it was fixed.

Great Space, Good Location

Perfect location and space for my husband and I and another couple. The large patio was the selling point for us all and it did not disappoint. Small issues at the beginning of our stay were easily and efficiently taken care of by the attentive property manager Val. The only drawbacks to this unit were lack of beach chairs and only 2 security fobs. Chairs not a problem at the Isla Verde beach as there were concessions to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. But we like to check out remote beaches. The ones we went to did not have chair rentals. The only other issue was that there were only 2 security fobs available for entering and exiting the property. We appreciate the security of the building, but there were times when we wanted to do things separately. Not possible for one person to walk on the beach, another go shopping and the other couple go for a drive without coordinating time and place to get back into the building. Other than that, we enjoyed our time in this very lovely space.

Ok...

What made me extremely interested in the property was all the reviews. I'm huge on reviews as they are what drives my decision. I read how the communication was amazing and consistent, etc. Unfortunately, this was not my case at all. The moment I booked the property I immediately sent an email because I was interested in renting more property since I was getting married in Puerto Rico and desired to have my family/friends close. I never received a reply. This was in August. I did not hear from Annie until the week I was due to check in. The check in process was somewhat ok and then ALL communication seized. I sent text messages as requested if I had an issue only to receive no reply until the night before I checked out. Also, there's an ant problem and issues with the WIFI. Once I could not receive a response from my text the first evening I checked in I decided to just give up and deal with the fact that I was being neglected after paying over $1,500.00 (non-refundable) for a short 3 day 2 night stay. Terrible, Caution, condo is not as pictured

Our experience was less than acceptable, when we arrived I was beyond dissatisfied and gravely disappointed and immediately took pictures of everything, but nowhere to load pictures here The front door gate does not always work and the door locks are not secure (loose) and would be easy to break in if someone wanted to enter the property. The side door to the balcony cannot be used as it does not shut completely unless you pull it in hard and lock it from the inside despite doing this, I found it open several times. The balcony railing is unsafe as it is almost rusted completed through in 4 of the 5 support rales, and unsafe for anyone with children. Half of the lights throughout the penthouse do not work and there are no bulbs to attempt to replace them The couch is dirty/worn/stained The fridge/freezer is rusted the ice/water dispenser does not work and the alerts are on for all the filters (air/water) The closet doors are not able to be opened in any of the rooms, the ceiling leaks, the washer is rusted and smells terrible, the dryer is literally on top of the washer and in the ceiling and you have to use a step stool to put clothes in it. The blinds are falling apart and cannot be opened to enjoy the view, the other windows in the bedrooms are filthy, and can barely see out of them. The kitchen cabinets fall off when you try to open several of them and the cabinets are filthy inside, the one above the fridge is completely gone. See review done in June.

We had a wonderful time here at this genuine Puerto Rican pent house apartment. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Isla Verde beach, which is right in the buldings backyard. You've got everything you need right here in this area and beautiful apartment to enjoy Puerto Rico and all its glory. The host Jorge, was very quick to respond to any questions we asked and was very helpful. As Puerto Rican's who havent been to our island in many years, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay to experience our home land again.

Everything was exactly as pictured. All of the bedrooms are upstairs with one of the 3 bathrooms downstairs. The view was amazing and the beach was right outside of the door.

The penthouse is beautifully located on the beach with easy access to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was seamless and parking was provided. The kitchen was well equipped and beach essentials provided as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

THe unique benefits of this property is that the location is excellent to either stay on the beach, or to explore the old city, but it is also near major highways if you want to venture farther out to Fajardo's Bio Bay, or to the rain forest, via highway 66, or If you want to go south you can easily connect to Highway 52 or to the west, through Highway 22.
