Amazing home!

We could not have been happier with our stay! The house is very accommodating and clean, had everything we needed with lots of space for everyone! The pool and outdoor space is very nice and clean!The walk to the beach is short, along with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.We would definitely stay at this home again!

Perfect for our Family and Friends group

The house was everything we hoped for and more. Mayra was very responsive and the house was pristine and every detail taken care of. If we go back to San Juan with our large group, this is where we will stay!

The failure to inform us at check Saturday that there was a water disruption severely compromised the stay. The property manager failed to inform us that San Juan was experiencing a water disruption from a pipe rupture. We found out the next day, when there was no running water early Sunday morning. The property owner said he would call a plumber or refill the cistern. The cistern was not filled until later that evening and we rationed our water usage for the rest of the week. The cistern was refilled again on Wednesday. No using the washing machine or dishwasher. We made continuous trips to stores for water, paper plates, cups etc. The ice maker was also not working, so we purchased ice., Additionally, the house was divided into three separate living spaces which required locking and unlocking three different doors upon any trips away from the unit. My family and I were not pleased. The location is excellent.

Nina’s Bachelorette

We had a great time in Puerto Rico! This house was a big part of that great time. The house is perfect if you are going with a large group of people. There is plenty of space for everyone and you will never fill crowded. The pool area was perfect! We are definitely coming back to stay in this house.

Girls Trip to San Juan

The hosts were the super welcoming and accommodating with our group of 10 girls! There were more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The stores and restaurants in the area were convenient and super delicious! I recommend bistro cafe and martins bbq! The walk to the beach was quick as well with cooler and chairs provided by the host. I hope to be able to stay here again on a future trip because of location!!

Amazing Home in Great Location

This house was everything as advertised and then some. Everything is absolutely top notch - from the appliances, to the beds and bedding and even the towels are luxurious. Mayra and Juan were wonderful to deal with. And the beach only a block away is stunning - we knew the beach would be close just did not know it would also be so beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Extended Family Getaway!

The property was clean and really had everything we needed. We especially loved that it came with towels and beach equipment. Electricity on the island went out, and the generator took over immediately. Mayra was wonderful about checking in and communicating with us. We also loved all the nearby restaurants. There were two hiccups with the baby. Be sure to clearly reserve the pack-n-play so that it’s available, and New Year’s Eve was tough with nearby fireworks until 6 AM. All other nights were just fine.We would definitely stay here again. Mayra’s communication and attention to detail was excellent.

Isla Verde xmass 2023

The house was an absolute Shangrila! It was not only spacious, modern, clean but in the center of where all was happening in PR for xmass. Restaurants of quality were within walking distance. Our host Mayra was an absolute gem! She was at the house when we arrived and gave us a full tour of this massive modern home. A total delight we recommend for the discerning customer. We give it a five star rating!! We look forward to returning in the summer!

City Beach Pros and Cons

Pros: spacious, very clean, outdoor pool area very nice, excellent communication with owners, easy walk to beach, quiet master and cabana bedrooms, good security, excellent temperature control Cons: Dishwasher and stove need to be safely secured (fastened to wall), more comfortable indoor common area furniture needed, two front bedrooms (not master) have excessive restaurant noise at night, pool deck very slick when wet so caution is necessary

Family vaca

The house was very clean. It even smelled clean. Large home to accommodate myself, my husband, our 5 kids (ages 4-12) and my parents. Beach, grocery store, coffee shop and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. Would recommend. My only minor suggestion would be more furniture in the family room. There was just one couch and two pool chairs which left kids often sitting on the floor in the evenings while we watched movies or played games. Overall, great home, very responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful location.

Best birthday trip

This villa could not have been more ideal for my group. The pool was such a beautiful bonus in which we used everyday. The grill, was also such an amazing thing to have and we totally took advantage and had an amazing BBQ. As I celebrated my 30th there, I had a chef dinner on Saturday. With all the amenities of the kitchen, the chef had no issues cooking us our beautiful meal! Myra, such a sweetheart and came in to review everything we needed to know. The one thing I will recommend is maybe getting a small dumpster for outside by the garage. We were there 5 days and made a lot of garbage. Just would help in keeping that area clean. 😊 I recommend this place to everyone and I look forward to staying at either this place again or at any other locations John and Mrya have!

40th Birthday Fun in PR!

We loved our stay at this property. Mayra and John were so responsive and very nice. The house itself was awesome. Very clean house, our only observation is there was a faint smell in the hallway leading to the pool. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to use the amenities with ease. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to TONS of eating options. We used the pool two days but it seemed maybe there was an issue with filter and it kept getting dirty. However we used the pool skimmer as best we could to combat the issue. Overall, I recommend 10/10. We would definitely stay ago! Thanks for your great hospitality!

Awesome Family Vacation Home!!!

We loved our stay at this property. Mayra and John was very responsive hosts. The house itself was awesome, it surpassed our expectations. Very clean! There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to use the amenities with ease. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to TONS of eating options. We used the pool a lot but it seemed maybe there was an issue with filter and it kept getting dirty. However we used the pool skimmer as best we could to combat the issue. Not a deal breaker! Before arriving in Puerto Rico, the hosts also connected me with Sergio (a concierge provider) who helped our group book two of our most memorable experiences on the island. Both experiences were specially tailored to our group's needs and the people we met through the service were great. I would highly recommend working with Sergio Lopez at fixatrippuertorico to coordinate events, trips, or excursions if you come to stay. My only improvement that would be great, is more comfortable chairs in the kitchen bar area. The stools are not comfortable for any length of time. Most of us were working and spending time with our chef as he was cooking which required sitting in the stools. They are not a seat you want to sit in very long. Still not a deal breaker and overall awesome stay! Thank you John and Mayra for allowing us to rent your home for our family vacation!

Outstanding Stay!

My family took our fist ever "full family trip" - Griswold style. 7 adults. The house is just as listed. It is up to date and spacious. A quick 10 minute Uber from the airport. All of the bedrooms are very similar to one another, as are the bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, which was such a treat. One bedroom in the main house has to use the primary house bathroom, and the bedroom that is the "connector" from the main house to second house has to use the main bath in the second house. The living room in the main house is really just a dining area, although there is a TV. The living room is in the second house. It has a nice pull out couch as well. The absolute best part of the house is THE POOL AREA! It is far more impressive than the online photos - we spent most of our time there. The pool and deck area was plenty big enough for our party of 7. Carolina isn't a glamorous area, but within a few blocks to the house are a number of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and coffee shops. The *only thing* that was disappointing for us was the proximity to the beach. It was roughly 3 blocks down the street and down an alley. Not something we ended up doing with a big cooler, especially because the beach wasn't super impressive. We took an Uber to Old San Juan each night - such a fun place to explore, grab dinner, drinks! As a frequent traveler, my recommendation would be to charter a boat for a day. The hour drive to a marina and day out on the ocean will make your trip to Puerto Rico complete! Five stars for Isla Verde!

Our group of 12 stayed at Villa Ibiza from August 21–25 and absolutely loved it. The house was even better than the photos—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. With five bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of space and privacy, but we also had great common areas to hang out together.The private pool was a huge highlight—we spent hours relaxing there in between activities. And the location couldn’t be better: close to the airport and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was so convenient to have everything right there, especially since we didn’t want to spend a lot of time driving around.Check-in was simple, and the host met us at the property and was super responsive and made everything easy for us. From start to finish, the whole experience felt effortless and stress-free.We had such a memorable trip here and would definitely recommend Villa Ibiza to anyone visiting Isla Verde. Already looking forward to staying again!

The house was fantastic, and it comfortably accommodated our entire group of 11. It was also in a great location, with restaurants, convenience stores, and beaches nearby. The only thing I would suggest is that you use the restaurant next door to find the house more easily.
