This stay was a master class in short term rental staging. Little things that the host provided made the stay ‘next level’ - great towels, thoughtful ‘wolf-theme’ decoration throughout, everything needed to make s’mores, board games, and more. I’m already thinking of how I can touch up my own home.

The property was perfect and within a short walk to the lake. Cabin was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen items. Cabin has a patio that was private and has a fire pit and grill. Hosts was very responsive with answers to questions. Definitely a must for next year.

What a very clean cute space to stay! Had all the amenities and looked exactly like the pictures . It was the perfect stay dor labor day. They also are very accommodating.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Wolf Lair! The house was the perfect size for our family. The house had all the amenities we needed and if we had any questions they were always quick to respond.

The cabin was exactly as listed - it was the perfect little spot for myself, my husband & two daughters (13 and 15). We enjoyed the lake access across the street as well as the coziness of the cabin with all amenities as noted. The girls loved the privacy of the upstairs loft area and we enjoyed the patio for cooking and bonfires.

Summer fun!!

Between the lovely house, the lake, good food and lots laughs, we loved the Wolf Lair! We brought our own floats and enjoyed the lake for hours! Hurry to find a time here!

Wonderful Rainy Weekend

We had such a great stay at this property. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it rained the whole time we were visiting. At the end of a long day of sight-seeing it was so nice to come home to a cozy spot. Everything about the listing is spot on, so many little comforts provided by the hosts - coffee pods, linens, towels, welcome bottle of local sparkling water. Can't wait to return when it's not raining cats and dogs.

I was placed in cabin C. Great experience but the snow wasn’t removed from walk way to enter the cabin and the pans they provided us weren’t the best. food would stick to it even with butter or spray on oil. Besides that it was great would for sure come back again!!

If you are looking for that 'little cabin in the woods,' with all the modern amenities, this is it! Above and beyond accommodating, the hosts have supplied shampoo, body wash, cream rinse, hair dryer and skin moisturizer in the bathroom; coffee, tea, sugar and creamers, salt and pepper in the kitchen, so you can forget packing all that stuff! Plus, a nice little surprise for you on the kitchen table. We were only here for 2 full days and though it was quite a lot cooler this last week of August, we still at least sat on the 'beach' each day. No restaurants to recommend because I brought all our food from home. We had a great fire in the firepit with s'mores on our last night, thankful the wind had adequately died down. It was a swell little mini vacation in a swell little Adirondack cabin escape!

Clean, cute, and thoughtful.

Our entire experience was great. Communication was quick, informative and friendly! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. The space was very clean, and the wood planking and decor really set a great mountain/ lake vibe. What I really loved was the informative booklet they left which that was even wonderfully designed! But it gave great suggestions and details. More importantly, instead of just having the important info there, important info about certain devices (thermostat, fireplace, etc) was posted clearly and simply right by the appliance or device. Very thoughtful and helpful. We loved our time here and our kids did especially!
