Why they chose this property
The apartment is 80sqm. So its nice and spacious. The kitchen is open plan.The balcony seats 4 people easily. Dining table seats 4. The view is directly of the sea in front of you. All apartments face the sea. There are only 2 buildings on this beach front so its quiet and peaceful.

Sao Martinho is a quaint and peaceful area. From the apartment you have:
Beach-right in front of building
Beach Promenade 5km to Camara dos Lobos (Quaint Fishing Town. Nice Bars)
Natural Cave and Natural Rock Pools – 2 min walk
Beach Promenade 1km to Cristiano Ronaldo Fav Restaurant – Barqueiro
Beachside Restaurants and coffee shops -5 min walk
Fresh Bakery (Viana Bakery) – 10min walk
