Had we been made aware of these concerns during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them. This is also why I reach out at check-in to ensure everything is satisfactory. As you requested an early check-in, I communicated that to our cleaning crew to accommodate your arrival. While this may have affected the level of detail in the cleaning, it is not an excuse. I will address your feedback with our team. Although occasional insects can find their way into and around the home despite diligent cleaning, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the property, the nearby parks and beaches, and especially the bikes and pickleball equipment. We also appreciate your feedback regarding bedroom storage. We just want to clarify for future guests that each bedroom closet does provide ample hanging space, including hangers and a shelf for additional storage. The bedrooms with with smaller nightstands also have seperate drawer storage systems, while the larger nightstands have multiple deep drawers for clothing and personal items. We certainly understand that everyone has different preferences for unpacking and organizing their belongings, but there is additional storage available throughout the bedrooms for those who choose to use it.
