This house is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly set up for families. It has 4 suites plus two balconies to sit outside & enjoy the views & breeze. The pool is heated during the winter months by gas, so it is able to keep it warm at 88 degrees. The house is a quick and easy walk to the beach access which has a long walking pier which is easier to take your cart to your beach “spot”. This is the perfect place for your vacation to relax and have a wonderful family vacation.

1.) The location of our house is great! The beach is a close 2-3 min walk and the lagoon is right behind us. A long wooden pier leads to the white sandy beach and is much easier than dragging your beach cart through the sand.
2.) The set up of the house is great for multiple families. 3 king suites with ensuite bathrooms, plus a bunk room with a full bed & full/full bunk bed.
3.) The balconies are great hangout places for our guests. Two new tables & chairs, plus rocking chairs are the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or, after a long day at the beach, an evening meal.

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS☆☆

Our beach house was designed with families in mind! Plenty of space and room for everyone to enjoy their vacation! There are three king suites with en-suite bathrooms. One bunk room with a full-size bed plus a full/full bunk bed. All the king bedrooms have ample space if a pack n play (provided) is needed for a little one in the same bedroom.
No need to worry about storage - all bedrooms come equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, & floor fan for your use. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer, fluffy towels, either a stand-up walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, rugs, plenty of lighting, electrical outlets, and storage.

Each bedroom boasts a large wall-mounted smart TV. Don’t forget to bring all your login information for a personalized entertainment experience! The bunk room has a stand-up Pac Man arcade game with for your family’s enjoyment that will provide hours of entertainment.

All bathrooms have toilet paper, hand soap, & bar soap. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆

The heart of our house is the large open concept area on the main living floor, where the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room come together. It is designed for everyone to be part of the family time, no matter where they are.

The kitchen is an inviting space, equipped with all new stainless-steel appliances, crock pot, blender, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, electric wine opener, and plenty of cookware & dishes. We even have special children’s dishes! The fridge features an ice maker and water dispenser, just like at home.

Gather around the long bar with multiple stools or take a seat at the gorgeous dining room table, ensuring everyone has a spot for a fantastic family meal. Feel free to take a plate out to the balcony where there is another large table for your enjoyment.

The comfy living room offers a great place to unwind and relax or play some family games. Relax in the evening with the 65” wall mounted smart tv with cable on one of the two comfy couches or rocking chairs. Plenty of family games and cards are available for your family’s fun night. For added convenience, a large capacity washer & dryer are available for your stay.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The outdoor space here is phenomenal. Right outside the dining room door is a large balcony, with a large table for eating or game playing plus a couple of chairs to enjoy the views. A second large balcony is on the top floor and offers a high top table & chairs plus rocking chairs. Views of The Gulf and Lagoon are great from here. You can see the pool from both balconies. Kids can play on the cobblestone area underneath and between the houses. Hours of play have been had here between all the kids in the community in the evenings. You will also have access to the heated pool that is located a few steps from the house. We keep the pool at 88 degrees starting in October.

Rest assured; our beach house is meticulously maintained. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house ourselves to ensure our guests are taken care of. You will have 24/7 access to us once you book your vacation.

The ground floor of the house is the parking area which will hold 4 vehicles. They must all fit under the house. A large grill to use while enjoying the breeze off the gulf in the evenings is also stored here. The beach storage is also located here. A new sand beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys are stored here.
