Great place to stay

I loved this place. It was so nice, roomy and comfortable. My adults kids met me in Spring City and we had Christmas. The house was perfect sized and the layout was family friendly. The rooms were all decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. It was comfortable for all with plenty of room. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. I will stay again.

Stressful Working With Owner

The condo is nice & clean, could use some new skillets & baking sheets. Unfortunately we needed to cancel or reschedule 12 days before our vacation due to the premature birth of our grandchild and schedules had to be changed. We couldn't work out anything with the owner, he seems to be under the impression VRBO controls & runs his rental. I sent him info from VRBO cancellation policy page, "You can override the cancellation policy and refund a custom amount", but he clearly doesn't understand his options or didn't want to bother?

I’m sorry I was not able to accommodate your request for a full refund, but we do operate on a relaxed refund policy, in which you would have received a 50% refund, and there was an option for rescheduling your stay. And sorry that I was unable to accommodate your request to come earlier as I was out of town, and family staying there at the time. This is the first I’ve heard of the premature birth of your grandchild, from your messages the issue was a baby sitting schedule conflict due to your daughter having to go back to work!
