This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

- This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

Awesome time

Location was great, on the beach weather was perfect and surprisingly it was bike week. Seeing all the bike and parade was a pleasant surprise I would recommend this unit / stay to everyone.

We were very lucky to spend the week here. The room was amazing had everything we needed to have a nice vacation with all the amenities from home. Full size oven and fridge made it easy to cook and have snacks for the littles. Great time was had... our families booked several rooms and everyone had a great time.

Clean unit, nice hot tub and pools. Basic supplies only in unit. Had confusion with registration process, sent everything requested and received confirmation of its arrival. But check in delayed because they needed everything we sent at time of booking resent.

Not what we expected

The property was not very clean (kitchen cupboards were not clean, oven was filthy. Minimally stocked place wear, glasses & cooking ware. No paper towel, napkins, salt & pepper. It had a connecting door to the next unit that was not sound or order proof. Neighbors cooking something that burned setting off smoke detectors. Key card was not active for entrance into the building and parking garage. Had to beg (texted maybe 5 times) and finally received one on the fourth day of an 8 day stay. In fact things were so bad we found another place to stay the last three night. This property did not need our expectations and would not recommend to others.
