Located on the "quiet side" of Reef Road yet just 1/2 mile to Penfield Beach! The property offers 4 pristine bedrooms (all equipped with twin trundle beds that expand to king-size), 1.5 renovated bathrooms, fully applianced & equipped kitchen, lower level laundry, and most importantly...A 2-car garage that has been converted into a funky beachside hangout -with dry bar, couches, lighting, and game area: ping pong & air hockey-the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors in a cozy, covered atmosphere. Plenty of off-street parking for you and your guests, with manicured rear yard, gas grill, fire pit, adirondack chairs. Enjoy some sunshine - Stroll or ride your bikes to any of Fairfield's 5 pristine beaches, or head downtown for trendy open-air dining, shopping, and conveniences. Veteran's park just across the street offers bocci, playground, tennis or work on your golf game just down the road at the Carl Dickman Par 3.

Great Location and Host!

We stayed for four nights and the house was perfect. Comfortable, great location for going to the beach, lots of restaurants a short walk or drive away, and host was really welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place, Great Host, Great Location!

I grew up in Fairfield and returned for a visit the week of the 4tth and know this location well. Jo Ann did not disappoint, she's an amazing host at the ready to make sure you have everything you need. The house is situated perfectly between the beach and downtown and was extremely cozy. Highly recommended!

Bonus Fun for College Orientation

We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the personal attention from the property manager. The bonus hangout space was a lot of fun and we were grateful for those beach chairs. Kitchen had everything we would need including knives (which seem to be variable among Vrbo’s).

Great stay in Fairfield!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Beach! We loved the town and neighborhood. The house was very comfortable for us and included everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect being across from the park and between the town and beach. My kids loved the back yard and garage “hang out” space. The host Jo Ann was really great and communication was perfect throughout. She was organized, welcoming and accommodating to us and we really appreciate everything. We hope to return to Fairfield Beach next summer!
