This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Crystal Lake home has high end finishes throughout and a location that
can't be beat! Crystal Lake Haven has peeks of Crystal Lake and direct access to the lake via the property in front of it. The main level offers a large eat in kitchen/living area with a gourmet kitchen with an island, a large family room, and a dining room with access to the large deck. From the deck you can see peeks of Crystal Lake. The main level also offers the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, and a full en-suite bathroom. A half bathroom is also on the first floor. The second bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds is on the upper level as is bedroom #3 with a king bed. The two upper level bedrooms share the second full bathroom. Streaming smart tvs.

Nice house but no private lake access

Very nice house, well maintained. Only real complaint: the house does not actually have private access to the lake. Rather, the house shares the plot of land with another home that is directly in front of the lake. So swimming at the lake involves traipsing through the neighbor's yard and infringing on their privacy. None of this was made clear in the listing. The otherwise very nice rental manager told us we could swim at the lake "but not hang out there." So... we didn't really swim in the lake, which was kind of the point of renting this particular house. The original listing was a bit deceptive in this regard.

Hi Ethan. Sorry you felt like you couldn’t use the lake. It was definitely allowed. I asked that you not hang out in the backyard of the other house, but you were certainly ok being at the lakeside. I appreciate your feedback and will try to do a better job clarifying for future guests. Your family was wonderful and I wish I had known about this while you were here.
