Spacious affordable refurnished and redecorated condo, located 4.5 miles from Disney, in a luxury resort that sits on 50 acres of magnificent landscaping.

Escape to this Caribbean style complex and leave all the hustle-bustle of the tourist district behind you!

As you enter the condo, a large living room, one-bedroom, and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a balcony are welcoming you. The condo is equipped with a large LCD flat-screen in the living room with cable television, a DVD player and a choice of several films, for you to enjoy. The ambiance, the spacious living space, and the comfort will let you feel right at home. For more privacy, you can enjoy a flat-screen tv in the bedroom as well!

The amenities include two heated swimming pools (the main one is lagoon-style with shallow walk-in), an exercise room, a game room near the main pool, barbecue areas, gazebo, a clubhouse, Gazebo, kids playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball court, car washing facilities, and laundry facilities.

Gem in Four Corners

Wonderful stay. The condo was spotless and had all the necessities to make you feel at home. The condo was perfectly situated near great restaurants, clean gas stations and grocery stores. Anything you need is within a 1/2 a mile. Located within a gated community, we felt very safe and the evenings were calm and quiet. We visited the club house once and the pool was not crowded. People were very friendly. Owner was very responsive and had clear and concise check-in / check-out instructions. Definitely a 5 star experience for us and we hope to be back same time next year.

Legacy Vacation Resort Stay

Our stay was from 11-30 July 2023: Unit is as described with the exception of unit being on the 3rd floor (parking lot view) with no elevator, 40+ steps to climb. As with most tourist areas there’s a daily medium to heavy traffic flow on U.S. 192 (main travel route to theme parks, eateries/restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops etc.). May want to allow yourself an additional 15-25 minutes' drive time for traffic each way. The unit comes with two flat screen televisions but navigating through the channels could be a challenge due to no on screen TV guide showing what’s playing at what time, challenging to go directly to a specific channel of interest without going through each channel to get where you want to go and/or see what’s playing). Host is responsive to inquiries.

Great property!

This is a great property and is in a gated community, which is nice. Sylvie was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend. However, it should be noted that this unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.

Steps

Everything was great except the listing should say there are 40 steps up to condo. Also we did not know rules until morning of check in, thus we were toilet paperless on arrival.
