Rented this property for a mini getaway with friends and it did not disappoint! House was beautiful and looked even better than it did in pictures. Very spacious and clean. Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Good stay. Nicely maintained property and as shown in photos. Good location. No complaints.
The house was in great condition and as advertised. A great space for a large group, as long as some are ok with sharing rooms. Quick ride to skiing at Gunstock. Would definitely recommend!
This property is perfect for any family looking for space and proximity to Gunstock and the Lakes region. The host is fantastic; responsive and very thoughtful in terms of how everything is laid out. The home is well labeled and the online manual is extremely useful. There were small touches everywhere that made our stay so much more enjoyable, like automatic nightlights, tons of kitchen gear, an A coffee maker and more. Would recommend without hesitation.
We did a long weekend with our 2 dogs and this place was more room then we needed but we liked the open concept. Its a great rental if you have a family as there are different levels to spread out. Everything is nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. It is on a busy road and not good for walking but there are hiking trails within a 2 minute drive so we were able to take our dogs for a nice walk in the woods. Its centrally located to Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee.
Pictures didn't do it justice. Came up with family (adults and 3 small children) for skiing and the superbowl and this house was perfect. 5 minutes from the mountain, super spacious/open layout in living room/kitchen area. Myra was very and answered questions as soon as we asked them. We got a bunch of snow Saturday night and they had the driveway plowed by Sunday late morning. Will definitely plan to come back!
Very clean and lovely, everything you need is there. One minir drawback is that it is on busy road so you need to drive to trails or if you have pets that need a ling walk.
The property was better than we expected. The host paid close attention to small details that enhanced our overall stay. There were labels on all the light switches and cabinet drawers to help you navigate around the house easily, you are just minutes away from various lakes and hiking trails. It really is an ideal location in an ideal house. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and informative. I would recommend this house to any family looking for a great stay.
Our trip was great and Myra was great to work with. The house is beautiful. The only thing to be wary of (this is to be expected in the woods) but there were a lot of tics in the house. We picked two large tics of my moms back and she felt them crawling on her in the downstairs bedroom. Just use a lot of bug spray! Overall great house, location and property manager.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! I asked my pest control team to check the house for ticks after your stay and they did not find any ticks. We are however in a heavily wooded area and it is most likely that the ticks attached to your mom if she took the dogs outside close to the tree line.
The house is pretty modern. It looks like newly renovated. It is very clean. Kitchen is good size and provides us more than everything we needed. They even provide K-cup coffee. The living room has a lot of natural light and sofa is comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The house is definitely better than the pictures. It is close to Gunstock Resort but little far from the lake (15 minutes drive) in my opinion. Otherwise the house is perfect for us.
This was an amazing house for our 11 person family to stay. Plenty of room for our large group both indoors and out. The beds were very comfortable and the dining space with the large table was where we gathered the most. We love games so when we were in house we were at the table. Loved the kitchen and large open spaces. Lots of items for use and little extras to help kick off our vacation. The location is pretty central to lots of activities and states. We were close to GunStock Mountain, loved the mountain rollercoaster and view from above. Patrick's Irish Pub was great and had trivia. They also have a bagel shop next door which was AMAZING and a deli that had the biggest sandwiches my dad has ever seen. We rented a pontoon for the day and had a great time exploring the lake and tubing and even found a great place to dock for lunch at Town Dock in Meredith. Fantastic Lobster Rolls and drinks. Another close by gem was the BankNH Pavillion concert venue which hosts National headliners. We were able to see "Little Big Town" and it was one of the highlights of our week. Other places we explored were Gloucester MA for whale watching, Portland ME, Woodstock VT (cheese and maple syrup tasting at Sugarbush Farm). In state places that were highlights were Pier 23 in Alton's Bay and driving the scenic Kancamagus Pass. The host was great at communication. The only small note was that the driveway and indoor stairs were a little steep for the grandparents.
Great space for families with kids to get together. Close to skiing in the winter. We’ll stocked. Really easy and pleasant VRBO experience. Would stay again!
Many house claim to sleep "12" but really they don't do that unless you use every couch.
The beds here were very nice and rooms very large. The wooded setting was beautiful.
This was a last minute rental and the owner was lovely to work with. She was really helpful and always responded very quickly. The house was spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed. Perfect location for a quiet stay close to Laconia.
