About this property

This house is centrally located and yet very quiet.

The apartment is located in the newly built Schlosserhaus31 that we opened in summer 2016 and is 56m² in size, suitable for 2-4 people. Bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table, satellite TV 49 "; separate toilet, shower, radio; south-facing balcony 16m² local tax € 0.85 per day and person. Children up to 14 years are exempt. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are no additional costs. Final cleaning and WIFI WiFi are included in the price.

Visit us from July 2016 at schlosserhaus31 in Tisens Meranerland. Among other things, you can expect comfortable bathrooms, optionally with a separate toilet and bidet. Let your culinary skills run wild in the fully equipped kitchenettes. In addition to the standard equipment, we also provide a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Enjoy the view of the Meraner Land while you relax in the wonderful mountain air.

We loved staying at this beautiful property in tisens! Just make sure to plan out all your destinations in advance as this was farther out of the way than expected for visiting the dolomites. Otherwise great communication with the host and perfect property!

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sauber, praktisch und traumhafte Landschaft ringsherum. Alles duftet nach Blumen. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Gute Verbindung nach Meran/Bozen. Bäcker, Pizzeria und ein 1a Sterne Restaurant in 2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - herzlichen Dank! Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist toll gestylt und absolut sauber. Alles Ist sehr modern und bestens in Schuss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war absolut problemlos. Tisens ist ein nettes Dorf mit der nötigen Infrastruktur (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants). Einziger Wehrmutstropfen sind die relativ weiten Wege nach Bozen und Meran mit jeweils rund 30 Minuten.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage in Tisens und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Balkon bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und ist sehr gross und geräumig. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insgesamt eine rundum tolles Appartment. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Moderne und trotzdem gemütliche Wohnung. Super nette Vermieter. Direkt um die Ecke findet man eine Bäckerei und umgeben ist man von Apfelplantagen. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. In 20 Minuten erreicht man Bozen und Meran.

Wunderbar erholsam. Viel Platz

Lage ist etwas in der Höhe. Dadurch im Sommer ein paar Grad kühler was sehr angenehm ist. Sie liegt im Dorfkern. Schön leise. Zwei Lokale in der Nähe. Alles was man so braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist super schön. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, freundlich und wahnsinnig zuvorkommend. Gute Ausgangslage um die schönen Orte der Gegend zu erkunden, aber auch um verschiedene Wandertouren zu unternehmen. Nach Lana zum größeren Supermarkt sind es etwa 20Minuten. Geht wirklich schnell. Der hat sogar am Sonntag auf wo der örtliche Kramerladen verständlicherweise geschlossen ist. Sollten wir in der Gegend mal wieder Urlaub machen würden wir hier sofort wieder buchen.
