Spacious vacation house with pool in the village of Miranje on a large private property. The house consists of two separate apartments, which are accessible via external stairs. On the shared property you will find a pool, garden furniture and several children's playground equipment. The landlord also lives on the property, in his own small house. The nearest town is Biograd, it is very popular with boat owners especially with its two marinas. Take the opportunity and visit also the old town of Zadar and the nature park Vrana lake, which is also a bird sanctuary.

Ein schön angelegtes Grundstück, zwei super Ferienwohnungen, i denen es alles gibt was man benötigt. Deutlich mehr als man in Deutschland bekommen würde. Super nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer, die zwar auf dem Grundstück leben aber gar nicht zu spüren sind.Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Grill vorhanden. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer beider Wohnungen.Mehrer Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und drinnen.In 30 Minuten ist man in Biograd und Zadar. Zwei wirklich schöne Städte.Strände in der Nähe, so wie ein schöner Wasserpark.

Wir waren insgesamt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Alter zwischen 5 und 16 Jahren für 12 Tage das erste Mal in dem Häuschen. Vermieter sind wirklich nett. Das Haus ist groß und hat einen traumhaften Pool und einen schönen Grill direkt auf dem großen Grundstück wo man ein paar schöne Stunden verbringen kann wenn man nicht gerade Lust hat auf einen Ausflug oder ans Meer zu fahren. Man hat viele Handtücher zur Verfügung und die Tatsache dass man über zwei waschmaschinen im Haus verfügt ist wirklich praktisch daam somit bei gutem Wetter wirklich nicht viele Anziehsachen benötigt, da die Wäsche jedes Mal bei dem traumhaften Wetter innerhalb kurzer Zeit trocken ist. Klimaanlage war gerade bei den Wetterverhältnissen wirklich ein großes Plus da man so nachts kühle und angenehme Schlafumgebung hatte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf evtl schon nächstes Jahr. Bis dahin 👋
