About this property

Close to the beach... directly behind the dike!

Very nice two-room apartment for up to four people in the complex "Haus am Deich". The apartment is in the 2nd OG and has a bedroom with double bed (entry from the front). Bright rooms and tastefully furnished living room with open kitchen and direct access to the east-facing balcony with sea views. A treat for your senses. The car parking space is located directly at the house. In just a few minutes you are on the dike directly on the main beach. Washer / dryer are in the house for a small fee (coin operated) to use. Two bicycles belong to your apartment and are located in the basement of the house.


Investment:

 Well-kept apartments right behind the dike. Fully furnished for 1 to 4 persons (about 40 - 45 sqm). All apartments have a balcony to the sea side. Direct lake view you have from the 2nd + 3. Floor off. There are also: garages, resp. Parking space at the house, washing machine, dryer, table tennis and fitness room, bicycle storage, cot and high chair. Bed linen and towels are provided for a surcharge. Pets possible on request. The relaxation and recreation begins in the house on the dike already at breakfast, if you enjoy this on the balcony, listen to the sound of the waves or just watch how the Baltic Sea changes its appearance again and again. Wi-Fi is available in the entire property.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber. Es fehlte nichts und sie ist gut ausgestattet. Auch auf dem Sofa konnte man ganz gut schlafen. Der Ausblick in dieser Wohnung ist natürlich unbezahlbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen und konnten sogar trotz März draußen frühstücken. Insgesamt fällt unser Fazit absolut positiv aus. Auch mit dem Vermietungsbüro Krebs waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei und die Wohnungen immer sauber.
