If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, driving ranges, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses, including Azalea Sands, Beachwood, Tidewater, or one of the several fantastic Barefoot courses.
For a little “retail therapy”, take a walk around Boulineau’s, a stroll at Barefoot Landing, do some serious shopping at one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, or head south to Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall or The Market Common. Don’t forget the Main Street area, where you can wander into one of the many beach shops.
Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.
At the fantastic nearby Barefoot Landing, you can find great places to eat, including LuLu’s, Flying Fish, Umberto’s, the awesome new Crooked Hammock Brewery, and many more. You can also do a little shopping at the many great boutiques, buy a ticket to Alligator Adventure, grab some awesome popcorn from Collette’s, or head next door to Barefoot Winery and enjoy some samples!
Barefoot Landing is great, but the Main Street area has it going on! With so many terrific restaurants to choose from and so many things to do, you will want to book your next year’s vacation before you head home!
If your sightseeing takes you south to Broadway at the Beach, you can feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. Looking for a little nightlife? Grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for up to THREE CARS. PLEASE REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES REGARDING PARKING.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat this property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerators, bag up your trash & take the excess to the dumpster, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by not leave a lot of trash or a huge mess for the cleaners. Remember that they often have a very small amount of time to clean before the next guests arrive.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: MAYBE - We love pets and travel with our own when we can. However, there are rules. So, SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH THE AGE AND TYPE OF DOG YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in us not being able to check you in, and the regular refund policy will still apply. A PET FEE OF $150 IS ALSO REQUIRED AND MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. You will also be required to clean up after your dog both inside and out. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING AND REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES REGARDING PETS.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry - SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AT THIS PROPERTY - INCLUDING ALL LEGAL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will keep your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchens are equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
This wonderful vacation home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
If you are arriving with a car, you will be happy to know that there is free parking on-site. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are a lot of convenient, easily accessible transportation options in close proximity.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface lots available for guests.
This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.
In case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
All guests are required to completed the Rental Agreement provided by the Host after booking. Guests who do not sign the Rental Agreement will not be allowed to check-in. The Rental Agreement is the same as the house rules below:
THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:
Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), and
Host: {{host_name}} (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

RENTAL TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Rental Term”). CHECK-IN TIME IS GENERALLY BETWEEN 4 P.M. AND 10 P.M./CHECK-OUT IS BY 10 A.M. Should check-in delays occur due to circumstances beyond host’s control, guest agrees to wait to move their belongings in and take possession of the property until cleaners and/or maintenance are finished.
· Priority check-in MAY be available at a cost of $50 (noon arrival in 1 bedroom or smaller units; 1pm arrival in 2 bedroom units; sorry, no priority check-in in larger units). Limited slots are available. Must be booked at least 48 hours before check-in. Contact Host for further information.
· Host will be available by messaging between 10AM and 10PM. The best way to contact Host will be within the site the booked from or text messaging. Limited emergency phone services are available after hours. Late arrival is permitted. However, Guest agrees that access issues are Guest’s responsibility after 10PM. No refunds will be provided for Guest’s failure to verify they have the door code.
· In the case of an unavoidable cleaning delay or should Guest arrive early and move belongings into the Unit, Guest accepts the condition of the unit as-is regardless of condition and cleaners will not complete their cleaning task.
